The Electric erasers actually ruin the tooth of the paper so be really careful how you use them.

with the electric eraser you can use a small sand paper and erase until you make a pointer, that's good for thinner lines

Loved this video Ali. That driving to the store was hilarious. Always knew you were a fine guy, but didn't realise you have a wicked sense of humour :-). I hope one day you will be able to come to England. The electric eraser is similar to the one we have here in England made by Derwent. The Faber-Castell ones come in singles and are more expensive. Keep the good work up and hope to see more 'unboxing' videos in addition to your wonderful art.

I have the graphite pencils without wood. When you sharpen it, you can keep the shavings for shading with a brush. 2 birds one stone

I have been using woodless 8b an4b graphite since one year they are soo good when you use them with a short brush they look awesome and give you very cool effect

I think there was a hole on the eraser package because, some people might sell it in a store so they need to hang it.

I have a similiar brush with a brush at the end. It works perfectly with color pencil work. I have faber-castell and the bristles don't shed.

Woodless graphite breaks like glass. However, I love them for shading!! Because of the weight, and using the side of them, they make the process of shading (especially when you're a beginner) much smoother and faster. I use pro art brand. I'm excited, just bought my electric eraser, hence why I clicked this video :)

To answer your question about the hole in the case of your eraser refills, that's actually used to hang up on a hook like when you're going to an art store and you see them on a sale rack. That's what they are used for.

The hole on the box for the erasers is for hanging it on those metal poles coming out of the wall in a store like Staples where they would hang pens paper clips etc

With the electric eraser you can sharpen the tip to a very fine point on a sandpaper block. I like to use the fine tip for erasing highlights in eyes etc.

Actually I don't recommend it to learners who wants to improve their art. Getting awesome results using an ordinary eraser is a true mastery. Electric eraser is for those who wants to speed up their art production.

Those solid graphite pencils would be perfect for making a bunch of graphite powder because you wouldn't have to shave away the wood to do it. But I don't see how they're practical beyond that. It's not like you can use all that extra graphite. You'd mostly use the tip, and when that got dull, you'd sharpen it again. I don't see the advantage over a wooden covered graphite core except maybe if you want to flatten one whole side of it and use that whole side to shade large areas at a time.

Hey man! Damn. I started to draw little myself, but focus on entertainment "kinda".. Now i really wad looking for "the tools to make the job" easier. And i found you. It seems that you know all that i wish i knew. (The eraser "tool", the different pencils, the metal thing for white lines/hair/dots). Me wish to know what i need to make better details. (So far i only drew 6 drawings). And without any knowledge..... But for the next i wish to use these techniques you know about, but. I am not sure exactly of all i need. Help?
