Thanks for the tutorials you do, they are really helpful as there are so few good one for Artcam 2018. Could you do one for flip (2 sided) machining in Artcam 2018 please?

Aspire is a good one. It has similar theory as Artcam. And it's still updating. you may try it. Actually there are many users still use artcam 9 or 8 now. artcam is just powerful enough for most woodwork.

Yes, but 3 axis machines cannot get sharp inner corners. You need to use smaller tools to achieve more sharp corners but still round actually.
