@ArteeVlogs
@ArteeVlogs 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Shriram. Agents are used to procedures as they process 1000s of applications. Hence, they have all information readily available. However, sometimes they would want to take the easiest route. Doing all by yourself will require efforts to understand all the requirements. You need time & patience for that. Finally, even if you go with an agent, make sure you don't leave everything in their hands. Do your own research as well and ask them smart questions about your application.

Greetings to you both, I hope you both are doing well. I've received the 189 visa invitation and I'm preparing the final documents to lodge with the immigration department. my question is biometric is mandatory for an Australian visa? and where did you guys give your biometrics? Looking forward to hearing from you guys ASAP.

Hi Jomon, We didn't do any biometrics. I am not sure if that's a country specific requirement.

Thanks for the video. I have a very important question on submitting EOI. I have worked in one company from May 2018 till July 2021. My ACS letter says that I can consider experience from May 2020 as 2 years they have considered for suitability. So how do I put that company experience in EOI application. Shall i make 2 entries for the same employer : one from May 2018 to May 2020 and select No(For the option : related to nominated ANZSCO code) : second entry for same employer from May 2020 to July 2021 and select yes. Or shall i make single entry from May 2018 til July 2021 and select Yes.
@ArteeVlogs
@ArteeVlogs Жыл бұрын
Hi Hussayn, If you do single entry, the system will calculate points for whatever period you mention.

Thanks for sharing a detailed video. I have a question regarding Name discrepancy in documents required for Skills assessment as well as VISA process. I have a spelling change in my Father's name (a matter of 'v' and 'w'), which differs on multiple documents like educational certificates, Passport, etc., will that be a problem during my entire PR process? If yes, in what ways I can provide proofs or statements that its the same person? Thanks in advance!

I think there has to be justification to these changes with evidence. You will find the guidelines on your skills assessment body website.

Hi Aarti, the video is very informative. But I have a doubt. You told that assessment of professional experience is not mandatory. I’m an Electrical Engineer. So, how is it beneficial for us, if we do the skilled employment assessment.
@ArteeVlogs
@ArteeVlogs 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Sona. If you assess your employment with EA, you are quite sure that it's in line with the Australian standard. However, DHA will assess your experience again after you lodge your visa.

time8:12 under skill assessment document, sl. no 5 educational transcripts: Is it our normal semester marklists? Do we need to assess it with a professional body like WES. Or we have to submit copy of marklist issued by University? Please guide
@ArteeVlogs

We submitted colored copies of all the original transcripts and certificates. WES is not for Australia I guess.

Yes. The CO will verify all the documents and your evidence for all the points you have claimed. The application may be liable for rejection if they find any discrepancies.

Can I use the same employment reference/statement of service documents for both skill assessment (VETASSESS/ACS) and visa application (189/190) process, especially for current employment? Is there a validity period for employment letters? Thank you very much.
@ArteeVlogs
@ArteeVlogs 3 жыл бұрын
You can use the same reference letter for both. There is no validity as such but it will depend on your CO. Unless there are changes in your roles & responsibilities, there shouldn't be an issue.
