and yes, this song is written based on the poems of the Ukrainian poet of the last century Geo Shkurupia. in itself it is an erotic verse, but there are many metaphors and different figures of speech. it ends up sounding ambiguous. The drum is an old Cossack tradition: when they went into battle, they always beat the drum, raising morale and creating the rhythm of the battle. Artyom used this. Poet, by the way, was arrested and shot by the Russian communists, like hundreds of other young Ukrainian cultural figures. we call it the executed revival.

@@Germis Artem is his real name. he was born in the city of Volchansk near Kharkov. Now this city is being razed to the ground by Russian terrorists. It took a very long time to achieve success. I sang in the metro in Kharkov, then I tried to write songs for other performers, now Artem is very popular especially among young people. If we talk about the war, it continues. Every day peaceful cities are fired at with rockets. many ordinary people are dying. In principle, everyone is used to it and anxiety does not cause any excitement. sometimes it ends tragically for people. people try to live an ordinary life. a lot of people go to fight. In any case, there is not much choice. either fight or die. There is fatigue, but there is no loss of spirit.

Bueno, ahora los artistas ucranianos entienden que parte de los oyentes serán extranjeros y están tratando de hacer que el contexto sea comprensible para todos. Pero algunas canciones (y esta parece ser una de ellas) están escritas específicamente para la audiencia interna y el objetivo es atraer a nuestra sociedad. Aquí, guarde algo de información (esto, por supuesto, es una gota, pero como ejemplo), tal vez le ayude a comprender cuán diferente es el "mensaje y el contexto" que recibieron los ucranianos de lo que vio.

Es obvio que sólo las buenas voces femeninas en Ucrania no sorprenderán a nadie.
