What do you mean by the A line being leveled to the heart? Are you referring to the positioning of the arm (I.e flat)

that means that the transducer on the pole needs to be level with the atria. so that may mean raising or lowering the transducer on the pole so that it is level with the patient's phlebostatic axis

to get the MAP, you wrote down: "Diastolic times 2 + 100 / 3 " but you said "Diastolic times 2 + systolic / 3 " is this a mistake? sorry just making sure.

MAP is (systolic + diastolic times 2) divided by 3
