I love gouache. However, i like watercolour for florals and nature since it produces a very organic look.

So pretty. Do you ever use reactivated gouache that has dried on the palette? Or do you start fresh with paints from the tube for each painting session?

Thank you! :) It depends on if I'm wanting to use the same colors. If I'm starting a new piece that requires different colors, I like to start with a clean palette. If I can reuse what's there, I will reactivate, sometimes adding a bit more paint to the palette to make it go a little further.
