Tom Landry , Don Schula, Vince Lombardi, Bill Belichick; When they have bad teams, are bad coaches. These guys can find a way to win big games with great teams that are willing to sacrifice, to win. That being said: Arthur, you turned your back on greatness and entered the revolving door of player friendly Head Coaches. Player friendly, is for assistant coaches.

The Falcons have a really good roster except for the glaring holes at QB and HC (the two most important positions). As a Falcons fan we were really spoiled with Matt Ryan for such a long time and I feel like we should`ve kept Dan Quinn.

Well, There you have it. He basically just said he will bring in a veteran quarterback using free agency or trade. Then draft a young quarterback that can sit behind the veteran to learn and pass the torch too. I predict trading for Justin Field or grabbing Russell Wilson. If they trade for Justin Fields, I think they will use their number 8 pick in the draft to get another wide receiver or an edge rusher. If they pick up Russell Wilson (Older QB playing for 3 more yrs max) I think they move up in the draft and get a young quarterback with upside. Picking up Russell Wilson will save them lots of money that they can invest in other places.

We're not trading for Wilson, if he gets cut then I'm sure we will pick him up for cheap. If we could steal Baker to get him and Zac Robinson back to working together and draft the next future QB would be ideal.

I agree with Russell Wilson along with drafting a QB. Riddle will remain on the roster and develop into a fair QB.

The real answer: Without Tom Brady, Bill has a losing record;. without Tom Brady, top players don't want to play for Bill. Bill is poor judge of talent and has a history of drafting poorly. Bill is 71 years old and can no longer relate to young players, two generations below him in age.
