Jerry Stiller's comedic timing and delivery on-screen are absolutely second to none. Arthur basically steals every scene he's in, as did Frank on *_Seinfeld._*

How Jerry Stiller could make two similar characters and give them their own name. Frank Costanza and Arthur Spooner are two of my favorite characters of all time. I do like the mutiverse theory when it comes to something that makes me laugh. That somewhere out there. There's a spin off sitcom with frank Costanza and Arthur spooner as roommates

He's just a walking nuisance, you know? To sum it up, I think Arthur is the "wildcard" of this show where there are several episodes where he's not needed, but you put him in if there's a case of plot holes or writer's blocks to fill.
