For engineers, don't join big 4 not at all worth. They dont have proper projects (or at-least management is unsure of where to put the new joinees), simply hiring candidates like service companies and later laying them off. I was in one of the big4 and I left it just 8 months later and now in a much much better place

@@im.sparsh_ not at all, I have changed 2 companies so far, 1st was one of the big 4, 2nd was a mediocre company which was in completely different domain than big4 and my current is company is in an absolutely different domain. And all these switched were made because I was not finding satisfactory work to do in previous companies. I was on bench in 1st and 2nd had stone age time's tech stack and I felt stagnant but really happy and enjoying the work I do now!

@@varungupta6014 Pune ke tier 3 college se hu bhai par waha ka placement cell accha tha due to merger with a tier 1 level college's placement cell and I consider myself lucky about that!

Let's see Instead of Big 4 it's better to choose Mid Size Firm. Dekho, mid size Firm me Bahut kam paise milte hai in compare of Big 4 But Mid size Firm me bahut saare diversified kaam sikhne ko milte Hain & I think your Intension should be to learn during article ship. For example - Big 4 me apko kisi ek particular chiz hi Sikh Paoge with experience like anyone of GST, Income tax, etc. (Only single chiz PE aapko experience) But in mid size aap sabhi chiz Sikh sakte ho like aap chaho to Income tax, ITR, Companies Work, Accounting, Auditing, GST, ROC(if) , TDS, etc depend upon your hardworking & dedication. Matlab Big 4 mm e bhi aap 2-4 tarah ke kaam sikh sakte ho but but aap kisi ek chiz me experienced hp jaoge but Mid Size me aap kaafi chize sikh jaoge By the way Mai to abhi CA Foundation ka student hu mai CA Firm me kaam karta hu isliye Mai bta rha hu😊😊😊

@@raky5609 Thank you for the information. But mene suna he ki midsize firm mein bhi departments hote hein. Toh 1 year toh ek department mein rehte hein and 2year department change hota he. Toh ese mein sirf 2 department mein kaaam karne ko milega

15000 exact per month for 1st year and additionally if you go for outstation audit,then you will reimburse oer day Rs.500 for food if you show them bill of it

@@nahushjunnarkar9785 he is not a kid he is highly intelligent person and I am proud of him at this young age he has achieved so much but being an elder to him just given advice nothing to be offended if he is really humble in nature which I believe he is he will take positively else it's totally his choice
