Well this was totally off the cuff and I had no idea I was even making a video till the same day really :D I literally picked up some random items, started talking and a very half baked plot started to take shape as I was recording. I hope it's somehow still relaxing and for the die-hards amongst you (Probably my Mum and maybe 1 other haha) you might remember this and it sort of links back to a few videos.
What is the kharaghoul? Well I made it up :D In my head it means some kind of testing / examination to determine an individuals true nature basically.
While this video might not be particularly stellar...the good news is that I HAVE ANOTHER VIDEO FOR NEXT MONDAY AND IT'S THE FIRST CLASS CRUISE ROLEPLAY YOU'VE ALL BEEN ASKING FOR ANDDDDDDD I'M LEGITIMATELY VERY EXCITED FOR IT :D

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

I’ve been in recovery from drug addiction for about 18 months. But in those first few months when I was crawling out of my skin with anxiety and cravings, your channel was something I really leaned on to calm down until those feelings would pass. I can’t even express how much of a gift it was to close my eyes and get outside of own my head, in a healthy way. I will always be grateful to you for that!! Articulate Design ASMR well for me it’s the idea of not having a plot or narrative that makes it relaxing like an “unpredictable triggers” video. I don’t feel cheated ! Especially when you make more than one video ❤️

A few years ago I stumbled upon your first apothecary roleplay really left a print on me as my favorite ASMR video in the fantasy genre. I'd sometimes rewatch it to indulge in them tingles but I ended up loosing track of it after loosing an account. Stumbled upon this one after looking for the old one every now and again without any luck until this very day (needed a stronger brew I presume!). I really enjoyed it and made sure to subscribe not to loose track of them again. Thank you for your delightful work and fare thee well!

I really love this character and this whole “kharaghoul” test, would love to see more videos like this! Maybe a continuation or further development of the world/mythos here. For something off-the-cuff it’s excellent, and feels more smooth/natural in delivery and better developed than many people manage with planned preparation. Very engaging and intriguing while still successfully soothing.

Hey Matt, I don't normally comment and I don't know if you'll see this... But your Potion Brewing RP from 3 years ago was really my first foray into ASMR and still is one of my favorite vids to go back to when I can't find tingles.
