I got a broken bone on my left hand a few years ago. Even today it hurts as hell everytime I use my guitar, but still trying to get better at it, just because of the sake of it. You really helped me through this technique, so thank you so much. You really made my day.

We can also fret 5 notes / 7 notes higher than the fretted notes in artificial harmonics right? Instead of 12

Very cool and useful technique! I think it's also a good idea to practice plucking the string with a finger other than the thumb so that the thumb is free to pluck the lower strings. You can play some really beautiful things by using your thumb to pluck the bass strings while your other fingers play artificial harmonic melodies! This technique is used in classical guitar a fair amount.

So glad you didn't edit out the mistakes.. i think it's important for beginners to realise that even teachers and pros make mistakes.. stressing on the importance of practice..

Dude, your videos are fantastic. Wish I had this 15 years ago when I was starting. Still learning something from every video. That 12th fret trick is one of the most important fundamentals of guitar IMO, though it requires accurate intonation.

Dude wtf I been playing guitar for 10 years and I tried so many times watching videos all over this time and you are the only guy that actually knows how to explain it really simple and now I finally can play false harmonics, kudos man

Harmonics are like the coolest thing on the guitar in my opinion. So obsessed with learning them.

Once you mentioned math I ditched my room while the video was playing and went to the park until it was over, then came back afterwards. I graduated high school with this technique, so I should be able to do artificial harmonics anytime now.
