Thanks for the encouragement. 👍. Oh also the Knipex 7 inch is my favorite. The 10 is nice for bigger stuff though. But the 7 fits in my OEM tiny toolbox on the BX, perfect for adjusting the three point linkage. Keep on tractoring!

WOW thats awesome! What a group of cars there holy moly! That bulb socket converter thingy is super handy, never seen that before I can see how handy that could be! The kids are adorable in those outfits haha you have a awesome family! I have my two year old and 9 month old haha I know how you feel about high demand! lol Happy Belated Birthday!

Jon, glad you and your family are well. Whew! Being school teachers, plus having kids in school is a major undertaking for you and your family. I know for my house, we have one 10 year old in 5th grade and she goes to school via video. It is difficult for all. She has a great teacher for which we are thankful. Your Christmas lights look wonderful and I'm certain it is a bright spot for many people in your community. Please take care of yourself and keep everyone well. These for sure are trying times and you bring goodness to your videos. God speed.

Thanks Jean, we are thankful that Brielle has a great teacher as well and keeps her engaged in learning throughout the day. Us teachers have all learned so much with online resources and tools to reach our students. It's fun to share and collaborate new effective methods in education. Between teaching online, programming Christmas light and running a KZfaq channel my screen time is higher than it's ever been. Hope you are doing well and staying healthy. Merry Christmas! I hoping that we get some snow on the ground soon, it helps make things look a little more like Christmas and plus I like clearing snow around the neighborhood. Hope you're family is doing well! It's one of those hobbies you should never start because now people from all around have expectations and I feel obligated to keep it going. It's a lot of time and effort to put it together but in the end it's all worth it. Keep on tractoring!

Forgot to mention you're also going to need to pick up a 3 prong adapter. Glad I could inspire you! Sure beats the dim lighting of the regular garage door bulb. Keep on tractoring!

@@ritterjon Learning that now...glad I didn't go to the store and return and find out and then have to run back! So you need the 3 prong adapter to the 2 prong from the light and then the adapter the turns the light bulb socket into a two prong and plug everything in.

All kinds of lights in this video, fantastic. Pro Tip: Be sure to watch the wattage rating of the socket that you screw an adapter into. Exceeding that rating will cause it to melt down. Not sure what that big yellow LED uses for wattage but you might be OK. We are distance learning here in Moorhead also. I can't imagine being a two teacher family going through this. You guys are awesome and keep it up.

That light is only pulling 60 watts so I should be good with just the one light. How's life up in Moorhead, any snow on the ground up there? Thanks for the encouragement, it's not ideal but we're making it work. Keep on tractoring!

@@ritterjon I am not real sure about better looking. When the factory shut down where I worked, gray hair really came on. almost 30 years and out of a job. That was 16 years ago this coming spring.

Your lights are awesome!!!, when I was a kid my dad would take us around some neighborhoods looking at the Christmas displays all light up!, back then we only had the big outside lights!.

Ahh the online schooling, leaving many kids behind and lost. A co-worker has 3 boys 8, 15, 18. All 3 have been up at my house several times last trimester for help with school. They use Chromebooks for all their courses, they don't really like it LOL. They want actual books, they have a hard time trying to keep up because none of them are really all that computer savvy. They managed to pass their classes last trimester but this trimester they're constantly hounding me to come up for help LOL. Gotta love 'em. At least they're trying, and all things considered they are doing pretty well as long as they don't get lost on an assignment. 2 of the boys are deaf, the youngest so far hasn't shown any signs of deafness....err well selective hearing for him HAHA. The 2 older boys have learning disabilities compounded with being deaf so without their hearing aids they can't hear a thing sadly....they are such awesome and fun kids to have around though...couldn't imagine being a teacher, but being a tutor isn't too bad HAHA!!! The fun part is they're not my kids, I get to spoil them and then send them home LOL.

Oh man, you've really got your work cut out for you helping those boys. God bless you for doing that. This year is like no other and closing the achievement gap just isn't going to happen, instead this online learning is going to have a direct opposite effect. We are struggling but we are still doing what we can and reaching as many as possible. Keep up the great work and help out those kids. Keep on tractoring!

Happy belated Birthday! I’ve been wondering how you all were doing school. We’ve been virtual for the past 7 school days, now they plan to return this week for in person instruction. Covid for us is at its worst here since it’s start, I don’t understand that decision to go back at this moment. Even when virtual we still have to work at school. Have a good day!

Thanks for the birthday wishes. We have the option to be in the building or at home. I'm so thankful we're able to stay at home and keep our little Brynlee home with us. They've had many cases at her daycare since we decided to keep her home. That's terrible your district wants to begin in person when numbers are so high. I wish I could understand the thinking that goes into those decisions. It just doesn't make sense sometimes. Keep on tractoring!

The Christmas tree lights I did a wind turbine tower. I have 10 kw bergey wind turbine in the yard. I folded it down and put the led lights up each leg. I run the light off of the alternator to light it as I don't have power out there. The lights got brighter as the wind got stronger. It was a real attraction. Only problem was there's so much water running down each leg in the rain the light strings didn't last very long

Funny how we have lots in common, other than Kubota tractors. Until 2 years ago, I used to have a light show as well and we helped raise over 88000$ in 8 years for Make A Wish. Know we are in the process of going for a laser show instead. Not as labour intensive for this aging Veteran.

LED's have changed the lighting industry altogether. Also, they have drastically saved electricity costs. I love having my small shop/garage well lighted. Keep on tractoring!
