Hey Kasey, I’m DragonBorn, owner of the little ginger cat! His name is Flint and he sadly passed away shortly before Christmas after me having him for 19 wonderful years. When me sister was in Vet school, like many others she opted to foster a cat. Not wanting to get attached to the cat (because she was in another country) she only called the cat "Kitten" well she left the country to finish off her schooling in 2017 the cat came with her

Not sure why, but this reminded me of my niece's first cat, she named it 'Mío gato" wich roughly translates to "My Cat" with a small child error on there (In should be Mi gato but it doesn't matter) it didn't last long with us, some day it run away and never returned 😕 PS: I say it cause I don't remember the gender 😅

Hi Kasey! I am sure you made over 100 pet owners very happy! I don’t have Twitter so I didn’t catch your tweet about posting your pet so I missed out having mine immortalized or a chance of mine being immortalized. I do love the efforts that you and waffles put in trying to connect with your followers and drawing them or their pets is an amazing interaction attempt. I do hope that you create a coloring page for your Patreon’s with these many many pets! Who knows with your bonus sell out with the game, this could be a driving force for you gaining more Patreon subscribers as well! Just to throw a thought out there. Now I kind of just want to see a video of you drawing a ton of different guinea pig breeds because, well... they surprise a lot of people, lol. Or the obvious ton of dog breeds. I want to see allllll the variety, it's so interesting to see how people stylize them. Plus they're just cute.

I feel like another super fun spin on this would be to draw 100 different animals. Like just choose 100 random animals and start going to town. It'd be a great way to practice different shapes and colours. I would love to see some unconventional animals in this style. Like a bat, snake, stingray, tapir, possum, etc would all be SO cool on a page like this.

Also! Sketching in digital is not as intimidating because erasing is so easy.. you can do SOME sketching steps like adding clothes/ears/accessories mid drawing and just tweak a few lines to make it seamless (the chicken head thing at 6:20 )

For someone that wants to get better at drawing without a sketch, your sketches for your art in other videos are always so clean and resemble the final lineart so closely. THese doodles were adorable BTW!

My cat passed away the day you published the video so I didn't have the courage to watch it ... but today i saw it and I'm happy to know that I will one day talk about my cat without being sad like you did. It's so hard to loose a pet, because not a lot of people understand that we are as much sad as if they were human, it's good to feel understood. So, thank you for being the first person to making me smile while thinking about my cat :)

Ah! My pins just came in and there was nothing nicer and more validating than seeing my chosen name handwritten by Kasey on a little swatch paper.
