All the videos here represents my own knowledge, my personal opinion and my own view on the subject where I present my ideas illustrated in the form of video montages.This channel is entirely for EDUCATION about this sport. 100% of the idea is help people to learn about Artistic Gymnastics.

Props to Simona and Elena for performing the Amanar better on the old school horse compared to the majority of others on the table. Hand slips or even full blown misses were in the back of every girls head when doing Yurichinkos 😵

Exactly. I was about to mention that. Half these girls have a very floppy, ugly form, even on the table. They would probably miss the horse. Hehehe

I love this vault so much, something about backwards entry, all those twists and a forward landing just makes it so aesthetically pleasing

Absolutely! It's my favorite skill in WAG. When it's performed correctly, it's a beautiful skill, the perfect combination of power and skill that is artistic gymnastics.

Unpopular opinion: Cheng did the Amanar better than she did the Cheng. I think the same can be said about Paseka, but she and Olsen are the poster children for messy Chengs. There's just something about the way that Maroney's Amanar rises so fast and high off the table that cannot be beat, for me at least.

Oh, I think that it’s a pretty popular opinion that Cheng Fei’s Amanar was the better vault for her and that she had one of the best Amanars out there-not as flighted as Maroney’s or Biles’ but with stellar form. I wouldn’t put her in the Olsen camp for her Cheng, but…the best thing that I can say about it, aside from that it was a letter less scary than Olsen’s or Melnikova’s, is that she sure was the first woman to do it at an FIG competition and get it named for herself AND she got all extra and submitted it before anyone had done the Yurchenko 1/2 on/ 1/1 off.

Because of FIG this vault is dying. Since 2017 there are only two new amanars worldwide: Jade Carey and Mai Murakami, who did it once in 2017. But there are so many new Chengs and rudis. FIG needs to fix this but instead they’re busy adding 0.2 bonus for doing a full-in on bars.

@Brody Penn Jade Barbosa is brazilian, she did the Amanar before Shawn Johnson (and Brazil is located in America, America doesn't mean only USA, it's also the Continent's name)

I've been thinking about that for a while. USA citizens shouldnt be the only ones in americas to be called americans, after all, they weren't the first country to be called america, in fact columbus named the continent as "america" when he first set foot in south america, if Im not mistaken.
