I think there should be a route in the game where if you’re mean to Kimiko, she actually does begin practicing dark poses, and she goes berserk and becomes a final boss at the posing competition.

Deborah thinks she has no good pose but Yusuke tells her that her pose is the most important - she is standing straight and gives perspective. Yusuke Satoshi has an embarrassingly awkward pose that he is very passionate about, we learn that it is inspired by a retired professional poser that mentored Yusuke. Takeshi only does stable athletic poses like squats and lunges and he hates the weirder poses (like the ones Kimiko does). Later on we learn that it's because his father used to do crazy inventive poses but that lead to his parents' divorce. His mother has been very abusive about this (kinda like Nagisa from Assassination Classroom). Takeshi learns the value of inventive poses and comes accept Kimiko's weird reclining-while-leaning-forward pose. At the end of Season 1 he confronts his father during the cultural festival and their relationship improves from there. Kimiko is shy and insecure about her large, flat feet. She thinks it makes her a bad poser and hence she tries to compensate by only doing seated poses and doing well in other things (even going so far as to become the student council president). After the second season, Takeshi meets Kimiko on the school's rooftop and tells her how her feet are perfect for the kind of stable and athletic poses that he loves. From then onwards, Kimiko stops relying on seated poses.

My read on the first guy's pose, is that he's trying to act natural and lean against the wall, but he realized after he started to lean that he's way too far away, so he had to awkwardly prop his leg against the wall, and then leaned his arm and shoulder on THAT.

Deborah looking left vs right is just a literal version of her being bi lol

Nathan, Nathan, Nathan, and Nathan are all my role models in different ways: Nathan is so friendly and exudes happy friend energy; Nathan is so comfortable being herself and talking about things she's passionate about; Nathan seems like a very good leader and is very supportive of his friends; And Nathan is very good at remaining humble and always pushing herself to improve.

Deborah is the naive transfer student who joins the posing club as 'The Natural' and has mastery over the 'windswept onlooker' pose. In competitions she somehow summons gusts of wind, perfectly framing her beautiful hair, the only feature we ever see.
