Sem sombra de dúvidas,Rafael está com o nome escrito na história do jiu-jitsu,seus feitos são históricos e memoráveis. Importante tbm ressaltar que além de ser um competidor de excelência,é um professor de primeira linha,didática incrível, qnt facilidade em detalhar toda movimentação!!! Exemplar!!!

The synchronicity of the teacher/demonstrator is such a pleasure to watch. Prof Nick knew exactly how to move to rotate the positions that Prof Rafael wanted.

Rafael é o unico cara que eu consigo ver explicar uma posição mais que 5 minutos pq TUDO que o cara fala tem sentido e valia e é oportuno ...aqui no Brasil tem uns prof doidão que tentam imitar mas a aula fica um LIXO no fim eh 1 hora de explicação 25 min de pratica 5 de rola + 30 min de papo no fim carencia da porra

Push forehead down hard , dont smash your face.

The forehead is also a balance point, just use it to pivot. Not the most comfortable but it works
