14:42 can we use white gel pen instead of orange neon and then give a light red colour wash? Please reply mam it would be a great help🙏

Yes dear. That can also be done. (For neon looks only moonlight pens are ideal)

How to give that shadow effect on the white paper?? Do we need to follow the same procedure? Does it give the same look ?

Hi! Shadow procedure is same. You never know until you try and experiment with your colors and papers.

Hello! Fashion designing course can be done after 12th and many options are available to choose from like Diploma and masters course as provided by different colleges. You can do your research regarding colleges around you, their course plan and internship facilities. Compare and choose the best according to your choice. I use Promarkers for now. Whenever I will try any other markers I will post the video soon.
