This is a very rare time the great Arturo doesn’t take any high notes in his solo. To the contrary, he shows a lot of low range. Wow!!!

I love this man's playing. So much soul.love and depth. The only man to come close would be Carl Saunders - but that's the skill level. The feelings? Very close, I think.

Gary Rumer they like him back, & he just calls them "low notes"; in an interview, he said he doesn't like the term pedal tones. He's a beast with them, though!
