Currently SC is protecting him but at a particular time law amd order and constitution will play its part. And who knows if it’s all a game plan by congress and things may change post election result?? Congress has ruled for 6 decades through one family only , so it will be stupid to think that congress doesn’t have its people in all departments. Their foreign agents amd investments are quite visible and they do have people on top positions in agencies and judiciary.

Very nice video But you missed a very important point of this case That is section 70 of PMLA Section 70 covers company who do corruption and give the powers to ED to start proceedings against that company as well as their directors, owners who are involved. But singhvi alleges AAP is not a company so how can they use section 70 of PMLA Even supreme court says presume if section 70 covers AAP even then Had ED made Aam Aadmi Party as an accused. ? If not then how can their hands get to arvind kejriwal Because thats the law. So technically ED coud not initiates proceedings against kejriwal before made Aam Aadmi party as an accused first. It is my belief that most of the so-called scam/PMLA and high-profile UAPA/NIA cases (Elgar Parishad, Delhi riots etc.) will unravel one by one as the chargesheets are filed and the cases make their way out of sessions and NIA special courts and into the higher judiciary (High Courts and Supreme Court)

Today we voted with Pune. We wanted to vote for a particular Alliance. 1. The voting area was so dark that we seniors could barely see. Why can’t the EVM machine itself have Led lights? 2. We were totally unaware of the Alliance Partners or their symbols. We had tried to search on Google. So confusing n no single answer. 3. Many friends were so puzzled not finding their party symbol (owing to Alloance partner) that they pressed what they thought was the partner. 4. lately there has been so much confusion in partner names n symbols. 5. U say links to find out r given in description. But so many links that we get confused. 6. y can’t u announce very clear msgs as to where it is clear to know who my locality ca did ate for my Alliance is? 7. I m afraid that this confusion has cost the ‘Alliance’ many hundreds of votes. 8. terrible.

The now-defunct Delhi Liquor policy was a boon for Delhiites as they could get cheaper liquor from A/c Shops and did not have to run to Gurugram to organize booze for their parties. The Traders and merchants were happy as they got higher commissions and profits. The same policy, when implemented in Punjab, increased state excise revenue. It was a WIN-WIN-WIN policy for everyone except BJP-controlled Liquor in UP & Haryana. In over a year, ED has not been able to trace a single rupee paid as a bribe.
