@@Sirxchrish ​ Sirxchrish their are not angry about Arya killing the NK they are angry because NK was put has a monster with an unstoppable army literally personified as death itself and then he barely lasts an episode and dies without we even knowing what the fuck he was doing the white walkers were completely waisted completely anti-climatic and not to talk about how the plot armor in this episode around the characters was so big its crazy just look at Jon Snow he should have died nearly 7 different times just this ep we litteraly see the wights fucking up an entire army in seconds and somehow Jon survives being surrounded by thousands of them for an entire minute because you know Deux ex fucking machina not even to talk about how he 1v1d a undead dragon and literally started screaming at his face for 30 seconds and the dragon didnt wipe him from the face of the earth just stand there looking at him they completely disrespected the one rule established throughout 7 seasons the one rule that made GOT realistic and interesting the fact that your actions have consequences and if you fuck up you suffer them apparently they dont have consequences anymore if you are a main character you can just be surrounded by thousands of your enemies and survive even though it would be completely impossible to do so terrible writing for the sake of some battle epic shots completely waste of an extremely important plot point that has been going on for 8 seasons the white walkers the only good thing about this episode is the fact that the freaking music and cinematography were excellent and so was the acting to bad the actors can only work with the scrips they are given.

The fandom is divided into two major groups: Group 1 realizes that the episode has some flaws related to the creators choosing cinematics and death scares over solid battle strategy. They also realize that the show is different from the books and this ending for the Night King is exactly what the show has been leading up to. They had realistic expectations and thus enjoyed the hell out the drama and incredible range of emotions it made them feel. Group 2 hates the episode because the fan theories they created from snippets of book lore and reddit speculation didn't come true. They haven't been paying attention to the show but instead are expecting things from the books (or worse reddit) to happen in the show even though the show has given us ZERO reason to expect these things. Their expectations could never be met and so they now troll the internet crying into their neckbeards and pretending to be more intelligent than the people who enjoyed it.

I agree. This is the first piece of film/tv that I have ever seen where you don't know if the good guys are going to make it. Couple that with, you don't know who could possibly save the day. Great story writing, directing, acting, music(Genius), everything about the episode. To be honest, I really don't think I will ever see another piece of film replicated like that again without me saying it's a copycat.

I say Bran’s the lord of light, and was manipulating everything to get Arya into that spot to make that kill, All the way back to season 1 and before. (Too many similarities between what he can do, (and would have learned from the children of the forest) and the Lord of light. Even resurrection. The children created a being that could bring corpses to life. Why couldn’t he do it with a recently deceased. And put memories he collected back into it. (If he missed any memories, it would explain why a piece never comes back). His potential abilities and some of those shown are too similar to be a coincidence.

Bran is dead. He died in that cave. And if you think this has a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

@@TheDriddle85 a girl it's not no one, she is Arya Stark and she is going home. The entire point of that scene was her rejecting becoming one of the faceless serving the house of black and white.

All4Grogg actually the entire point of that story arc was teaching her to remember who she was. Telling her she was no one eventually made her remember she was Arya Stark of Winterfell. Which is why he was smiling when she said it and was allowed to use the faces after she left.

everyone is complaining about this scene, honestly I liked this better beacuse it was a surprise, everyone wanted Jon vs Night King, Jon kills Night King and what everyone expected. I appreciate this because it was a twist on it and not just a generic expected ending to the story line.
