The drama overall discusses the idea of embracing change and flying high by losing all the weight for the women of Pakistan
Sar-e-Rah is an exceptionally well-written drama, which discusses the stories that are scattered all around us but unfortunately we tend to shy away from shedding some light over them.
Sar-e-Rah will share the stories of women who are the victim of child marriages, girls who are being suffocated solely because of their gender, daughters who are unable to help their fathers as their honor will be at “stake” and a intersex who is being humiliated for his identity.

Oh my goshhhhhh .... I can't can't get over wd these 6 epic episodes, i mean just in 6 episodes, they discussed all social Norms with so much grace. The way the director portrayed the social issues nd the awesome actors transferred is so amazing. All lessons aside, the common message they gave in all episodes is "female z supporting other female, without any jealousy and competition" . I wish i could witness this women bond with each other in REAL LIFE too 💕.

This was the most relatable episode for Me. Same Situations, people that we face as working women on a regular basis. Again, very minutely observed & superbly written episode. The conversation between Saba & Hareem in taxi was just like we discuss with our friends. I wanted to sit with them & add a few things of my own😊 Such a breeze were their performances, I had a good laugh when Saba told hareem ' acchi padi likhi ladki ho, beech mein kya language bolti ho' & haroon said, full on desi hain hum & that's so true😀 Very smart reply given by haroon to salman, when he asks which gift he should buy for his wife👌 The episode ended on such an intriguing note, that cunning smile on hareem's face, let's see how intelligently she handles him this time. Great episode guys, such a relief to see a working woman on screen🙏 Thank God, no nikah, love story angle🙄 Waiting for the finale now❤

I absolutely LOVE this show---the issues they address are common to the region, not just Pakistan. The portrayal of those issues and how they show different people deal with different issues is so relatable and believable. This creative team knows how to share stories of real people. I really hope this show reaches TVs across South Asia, and not just on YT. Kudos to the team!

Whenever I read something about rape I felt so sad no matter what's the gender. It's crime and life destructive act. I just said because whenever someone talk about rape victims they put whole blame on girl she should not go to the park etc etc. People even don't say that it's bad thing. All they say that it's the nature of man. It's always the fault of girl they should be careful etc. man can get married after the rape and remain happy. But girls cannot be married after the rape because society becomes so cruel towards her. Rape and harrasment is not justifiable in any case in any ways no matter what the gender is

Although the way Bilawal Bhutto spoke at the SCO summit in India last week, it seems that most of your politicians are living in fools world they don’t want to realize the reality. Looking at the current situation, Pak govt ko aage aa k apne deshawasiyon k liye sochna chahiye na ki kashmir kashmir krna chahiye. Kashmir wahi h lekin aaj pakistan ka economy rasatal ko chhoo rha hai. Economic situation bankrupt hue Srilanka se bhi niche h abhi pakistan ka. Pakistani aawam ko sochna chahiye ab ki wo development krne walo ko power me laye na ki din rat islaam islaam krne walo ko. A friend recommended this to us. 👍 I must say, whilst Pakistani dramas like this one is raising relevant social issues like patriarchy, work place bullying etc on the other hand dramas in india are getting regressive by the day. Those who raise such issues , trollers 👿 are sent after them to bully, abuse and run them down.

Oh I see why, the next one is the last episode. Wish they had more - I was enjoying this show!! I like this idea of her having different experiences and dealing with different Pakistani social situations. Sad to see that Pakistan is so behind the times when it comes to Women's Rights & issues, but it's up to Pakistani women to stand up & speak up against injustices, and BE the change they desire. If the women in Iran & Afghanistan can, so can we all! They have so much more to lose than women in a democracy like Pakistan. WOMEN ARE STRONG!!✌

Absolutely brilliant drama and hats off to the writer/director. This is how we want the future of our Pakistani women to be like. Unafraid,bold, outspoken ,championing women's rights. We need some of our more senior actresses to turn to direction so that their is an equal level playing field . Misogyny exist here in the west too.
