wrong suggestion for lethargy and feeling old when you are not that old. It can be adrenal fatigue, chronic stress and depression. a simple hemoglobin and vitamin d test can identify if they need vitamin or other underlying issue is causing the lethargy and fatigue. Please stop providing this illiterate information to already unaware people. if you are making a show to aware people on certain topic then give right awareness.
