You know how he explains how his seatmate's face was especially disturbing because it was just a little Off from appearing entirely human? that's something you have to imagine for sake of the story, but as a American traveler, I had more culture shock in England than I did in India or Thailand because I Expected the Asian countries to be different, so living there didn't bother me---but being in England felt like it was a different Dimension of America---Similar, but just different enough that you KNEW you were NOT home....

I love these rule stories despite the fact the protagonist is always the dumbest person on earth. Seriously if I ever end up on a plane, bus, or where ever else and someone gives me a list like "follow these rules or die a horrific death" my frist thought wouldn't be "oh this is just a silly joke haha" no it would be "what do I have on me that can be used as a weapon? And I'm studying this list like its finals week"

Want to do something fun. Buy a cheap motion activated light, and set it up somewhere visible from your bedroom. Most likely it will never come on, but if it does then enjoy the wave of fear that washes over you when you look around and see your dog asleep at the foot of your bed, and the knowledge that you are the only one home. Context. I have motion activated light in my bathroom so that when you walk in you can find the light switch. A few night's ago I was laying in my bed when I saw it come on from the bathroom. Nobody was in my house, my pets were all with me. It just glitched out obviously, but for good minute I was pretty freaking scared.

I kept thinking 'why is this idiot breaking all the rules' then I realized that following them would make for an uneventful story.

I read this story a short time ago, but didn't realize until now, that it must've been a 2 or 3 parter. The one I read, stopped at, "I'm the chaser." I thought that was a pretty creepy ending. Little did I know there was more to the story. Great job with the narration 😨😰😱☠
