I've experienced this. When I'm having a terrible time with someone, I do this loving kindness mediation on them and me and they change. The next time I see them they're polite or benevolent, or curious. I'm talking about if someone is seemingly rude to me and it's unprovoked from my perspective. That's when I will do this Buddhist meditation on them and they change. They are no longer threatening me, or sabotaging me or ambushing me. I've done this loads of times and every time it works.

My SP sent me a link to a KZfaq video of a song and said i was on his mind while he was listening. I had been listening to that same song two nights prior and just imagined him thinking about me and telling me about it. I was so touched…

For people with insecure attachment: dont fall into this trap. Its called people pleasing. Only having nice thoughts about someone who hurt you is self destructive. I did this LOA thing for many months and the 3d world never showed me appreciation. Instead i found psychology and nervous system healing and self care and self love affirmations. 💜🌌

Energy is insane. Get more spiritual. You’ll see what you find pretty is sometimes dark, and vice versa. In rare cases you meet a good combination of both. Seek that, and cherish that. In theory it doesn't sound too hard so I wasn't sure how to digest this. And then I imagined my dealings with my dad in a loving way. Given we haven't been on good terms for a long time and I considered him to not care about me. 2 sec literally listening to this video my dad called from his trip asking if I'm doing OK alone at home and how he's doing so much walking to live till 99 and joking around. I think my first big breakthrough years ago, without know what I was doing…revolved around my drivers liscense. I knew I needed it for my survival, to do anything like fly or travel work etc. So I was so afraid of losing it. Oops…. I lost it. Later I realized that there was this space between the inside and outside world where I had built this identity, of fear and desire. I needed things in the world “ to survive”. Money. Cars. Whatever. And I noticed I was chasing after these things desperately “to survive”. Then the whole thing started to fall apart. I needed money, a house, a car, and I noticed I was so desperate for it. So I would imagine I already have it. And this space between the inside and outside would fall apart. It was all one thing. The inside was the outside and the outside was the inside. I would make what is desired, on the inside..and there was no longer a world way out there far away from me that I needed to try to desperately chase after or have.

There was someone that was showing up in my life in a way I didn’t want them to. On a subconscious level I wanted to change, fix, and control them. Basically I hated them the way they were showing up but I wanted a relationship with them. So I imagined them showing up however I wanted and as if they were perfect the way they are. This dragged up that subconscious desire to control change them and at the very least I let that go. There is more to do on this particular relationship but the release by itself feels great. I feel more detached from this person. It feels easier to walk away from or leave the situation if I want to. I’ll experiment with this more today.

im having trouble understanding this. my ex adored me and told me i would return to him bc he adored me and he knew i had to adore him too. he was wrong. i did adore him at all. i just walked away and never looked back. from time to time he would return and pursued me again and i just could not evem give him any attention bc i could not care less. i finally was able to get out of his radar so he wouldnt keep coming after me. i changed my number, emails, moved to another country and finally got rid of him. its been several years of peace knowing he cant return. it didnt work out for him, did it?

I need to do this with some members of my far family. My immediate family is OK now, my friends are great too, but for other relatives it's such a tense environment. My one uncle literally sues family members if he gets pissed at them 😂 Like it's weird coz everyone has huge egos. It's so easy to talk to randoms especially people from other countries, it's refreshing. And it's great talking to friends that I trust. But sometimes walking into a family gathering is stressful coz of all the formalities and walking on eggshells. So I'm used to different ways of behaving depending on who I'm around. I even have a few instagram accounts for different people to follow me, it's like I lead 4 different lives or something. And it's not like I have anything hectic on any of them but recently a family member found me on a friend account and I felt Guilty for no reason😄 I was like "Oh shucks did I tell them I was home sick and then share a story of a friend and I at lunch??" 😱 I felt so fake and then I always preach about honesty but I lie sometimes coz I don't wanna hurt people's feelings. But I also sorta enjoyed having different personas coz if you wanna be taken seriously at work you have to be very different like super competent and very efficient and quick, compared to... if you want a guy to help you move all your stuff? If people think you're weak they do everything for you but if you wanna be taken seriously you can't show much weakness so it's complicated. I want both🤨

I really don't think we can telepathically communicate the feeling of love. I have few guys in my batch who really love me and kinda stalk me over social media. I respect them for showing that kind of appreciation but their presence before me makes me quite uncomfortable and i want to stay feets away from them. I don't know why i have a feeling of disgust for no reason. I hope I'm not a bad person for feeling this way.
