Truly the end is near. It's very easy and simple to know if God exist or not: in every grouping there is a head/leader. In the nuclear family there is a head i e. father or mother if there is no father. In the extended family there is the family head (abusuapanin in twi). In the workplace there is a head/leader/manager/director, etc. Among labourers there is the leader/headman/supervisor. Even among animals they have heads/leaders. You see pictures of wild animals with their leaders leading them, especially, lions, tigers, monkeys, etc. Even small groupings know they need leaders to guide and direct them ; then think about this big universe? There is definitely a leader who directs affairs just like in the small groupings. This simple analysis should tell you that there is God the head of the world who directs human affairs.
