I’ve been running Surge of Light on my melee pally and with my spell crit fully bugged and flasked, it actually pops off. Smite instant procs are fun af. I know talents are iffy when it comes to pally but I’d suggest tryin it out. It’s fun. :)

You're never rage starved dw'ing, there's not point not keeping it queue'd 24/7. Also HoTR counts towards the proc as well so, as a STR stacking build there's no point not keeping it queue'd, just free dmg.

@@crabsyoureit xD Ur seal does a lot more bonus dmg than HS. It's a dps los to keep it q-ed (seals and reckoning doesn't proc from autps when HS/Cleave is q-ed)
