Pretty underrated attacker, crits bypass resistances and some armor. Easy access to true accuracy, can literally never miss

Also the reason why he's tanky is that for each cruelty he gains a bit of physical resist.

Got mine ascended too at rank 5, not max sig tho. I used him as an attacker and I'm impressed. He easily demolished all the bosses in this months event quest including Paragon Gauntlet

i took my 7 star to r2 and will be taking him to r3 shortly hes pretty decent as an attacker and i use him for questing. hes pretty good for the current event quest bypassing prowlers miss mechanic

I got bullseye from my first titan after act 8 and i give him the r2 gem he is a lot of fun specially on the 7 for 7 challenge where he is carrying me very hard

I dont think bullseye is in the basic pool yet, but he should be soon. Maestro will never be in the basic pool

Bro, KM is AMAZING on attack! That tank specials, sp2 is the best in the game! You never have to worry about the opponents sp3! You can push them to it with your sp2 and just tank it! No other champ does that better!

No other skill champ counters miss, evade and autoblock at the same time. For KM to be pretty good, he needs the WS synergy, so that's why you don't see him on attack in BG at all :)

I dont think he can counter the glancing. He should work good with the guaranteed crits, but it'll take revives cause of surging vengeance

Serpent is the New God of the contest I've been using him offensively everywhere best evade counter in game has massive damage and quick ramp up. Would love to see you do a vid on him next.

Dude you are definitely sleeping on Attuma if you think he’s not a great attacker. Attuma will out damage Bullseye all day once you get him ramped up.

Bullseye counters evade, autoblock and miss. No other skill champ counters all three.
