The manastorm changes would be way cooler if we could unlock cosmetic weapons and armor appropriate to the creatures we encounter, along with being able to tame anything in manastorm that we have an ability to tame normally.

your manastorm first time level rewards should also be reset when prestiging, and be locked to each character, so you can "progress" while leveling.

The new manastorm maps are so fricking cool men. Here's an idea for the future: Vordrassil map with a void infused Grizzlemaw chieftain, maybe a two bosses encounter since there are two tribes in the zone.

Super stoked about all of these changes! I started back up a few weeks ago and have been trying hard to roll a strong build. I’ve pushed to mana storm 350 and that’s kind of the point where I’ve gotten reluctant to go in as much. Can’t wait for new mana storm mechanics and better rewards! Ascension to the moon! 🚀🚀🚀

Wasn't interested in servers like Turtle or Ascension but the sheer production quality of these videos, the site, and the custom gameplay additions seem top class and I'm definitely giving this a spin even if I'm not huge on seasonal content but who knows maybe i'll learn to love this!

I like the Manastorm changes. Since transmog is pretty hard to get in general, is there any thought of allowing players to gain transmogs similar to those of the new/ special creatures we encounter in the manastorm? Some enemies look sick, I'd love to get their shoulders, helmet or whatnot.

@@Valdrius Pretty much what I would guess. Giving scaling health monsters a percentage regen is just poor thinking entirely.

@@BanditTech I'm talking about the regen flowers, just to be clear. The normal just hp regen affix was undertuned if anything and barely noticeable. Every other boss had the flowers tho which made melee bosses just a huge pain to constantly kite around in an extended fight, while casters were a hard dps check, since you couldn't get them to move. That feedback has been given before though, so I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt here and assume they've taken it into consideration.

Man... I love how that stuff is constantly progresses, new things get added and later improved upon. But I still wish for a DK. Well, gotta be patient for that one I guess. On the flip side can't wait to see how much the ascension will change and how much stuff there will be when northrend will come on live. It's definetly going to be worth the wait

Are there any chances that we'll get more detailed information about buffed numbers. Like "more synergy rolls" How much more? What were they before? etc, this also goes for the more skill card thing. Additionaly, in the news article released a day or 2 ago, it posted a decent chunk of new talents/skills that we can aquire, are they going to be all we're getting or is there more that just hasn't been spoiled yet? Same goes for balance changes.

I know manastorm was huge, but is there any endgame content updates planned? I think the skill updates are great don't get me wrong and youre doing amazing but sometimes feels like there isn't much to do with them once you've got your build complete? This game was once a gem, i remember in s5 when TBC just got released, everyone was running in open world afraid for their life. Gangs were formed and you was jumped when you did not scatter the perimiter, like real war. When you die you lose all gear and that was WHOLE REALM, not a comedic MODE YOU CHOOSE. Gave gave me adrenalin shots how fun it was, and all bouilds were available. Now they see what is OP, they nerf it to the ground and they are left with 0 playable specs so they make NEW SPELLS. Apsurd dev team, your server was a jewel and it got popular during that time, this just makes people LEAVE. Please consider this as a proposal, thank you!

Hey! I understand. We love High-Risk, that's why it was implemented originally, but the reality is this: We had two realms before hybrid risk was implemented. Andorhal and Laughingskull. Before Hybrid Risk was implemented in season 3, Laughingskull had less than 12 players online for months. After Hybrid risk was implemented Ascension went from less than 12 players on Laughingskull and 500 on Andorhal to over 11,000 online in Season 3. In the future, hopefully more can be done to bring back Highrisk without hurting the population.

6:35 this point right here is something that has really bothered me about this season. If I roll into some aspect of the game I don't want to do, like Feral for instance, I have to roll off it immediately, before leveling, or else I get spammed with talents for it.

This won't happen anymore if you don't have a feral form! You can still roll feral stuff occasionally, but you won't get synergy for it.

Man I wish these changes had been in effect during the first chapter1, it would easily have been the best season ever. many of these changes were even asked for during the first few weeks of chapter 1. But I don't think I have another 500 hours in me to grind more ascension. Probably just going to wait till TBC or Season 10

Not trying to complain or anything since i absoluetly love everything yall been doing and really enjoy my time playing the game. but id really like to see some more Pet focused things. i know yalls been making more things tame able however as a person who's style of play is more Summoner micromanage player. it would be really cool to see some new stuff to increese the play style like. Some thing where the player them selfs do less dmg but they can tame another pet like a undead/demon or like Dragon/beast for cool syergys and other ideas. thanks for reading guys just wanted to give and idea and tons of love!

We're absolutely experimenting with things like this! The only reason more things like this aren't in the game is because having a single 'pet' (like a hunter pet) is hard-coded into the game. The Necromancer class in CoA found a way around that by using 'guardian' pets, which like Spirit Wolves and Treants allows for more summons. Bringing that mechanic to classless for a more summoner-eqsue playstyle is definitely on the table.

Its mentioned that it often feels like you are fighting the on-death affixes in manastorms rather than the enemies, so why are you putting in more of them and using the trade-off of them affecting the enemies aswell as a positive when the enemies arnt the one who have to deal with 5-10 or more of the affixes at the same time when the actual fighting is over?

The density of affixes was actually reduced a lot, and there is just a higher variety of them. You won't see 5-10 affixes at a time like before! Now, the affixes you get are more like these increases to haste and damage you can leverage, so there's even less to deal with.

In Later updates, can you guys please port over Console Port Addon to your launcher Addons List? It won't work normally, cause Ascension got too much custom stuff. I have tried to set up an alternative through steam's big picture mode. However it's kinda clunky, compared to the features Console Port have. Console Port works on official Classic Wow versions, so it should be possible to port it over someway. Also GJ with Chapter 2 & love the video humor 🤣

I like a lot of these changes. However, I feel adding new heirlooms won't do much if the price is similar to the current heirlooms. I've completed around 60 prestiges with about half completing the quests and barely got enough points for most of one set, of ONE stat type (spell power). For the time it takes without exp potions/ aura of experience heirlooms just feel way too expnsive as is to me.

It's a fun idea, but It's gonna split the community even more. Wouldn't it be better to just implement the OG classes into the seasonal realm and A52? Like you did before.

@@WokenAsc Most of the people interested in the OG classes are not the same people interested in classless. Moves like this in the past have usually been shown to net increase the population of ascension as a whole as we reach new audiences!

I love manastorms, if you do it while lvling, it like Torghast where you get powers as you keep going. I can't wait to mess with the new manastorm changes!

Its a great game i played it back when it didn't require a study to learn the basics its just to complicated to many features it has become a circus. I really wish i could play it tho!!
