"memecus ice-creamicus" reversed by letter is "sucimaerc-eci sucemem", but would, and does, sound closer to "suhknuhmeerhk'-syah suhknuhmeem". This is because vowels, especially 'i', and plosives, like 'k', code for multiple sound parts, ('k', seen as the second 'c' in "ice cream", is pressing the tongue against the roof of your mouth, which is "n"ish after a voiced sound; then the stop, "k"; then the release, "h"ish. In reverse they form "hkn") and multiple letters can code for single sounds, like "uh" where "u" would be too strong.

I feel that's appropriate, considering it's my least favorite part of this one.
