Yes, can feel my energy now drop when watching something dark ... I have found the releasing of emotions using the Sedona method, which Rhonda has recommended, has helped me to feel lighter.

I loved when she said “there are always infinite ways.” There is a never ending supply of ways that a manifestation can come to fruition. That is a comforting way to look at things. It’s a lot easier to not have limiting beliefs when the possibilities are infinite.

When I am stressed about a certain situation, I calm down and visualise and play a mental movie of the situation playing in my favour. Even the response from the other side...turns out things turn out exactly the same. Happened to me today also ❤️ I am powerful. I am God. I AM 💕

I remember I was in my early 20s working overnight shifts at a gas station 13 years ago and I opened up a drawer behind the counter and The Secret book was sitting there. My entire body got chills.... i read the book in its entirety within just a few shifts... talk about synchronicity. I still havent mastered it unfortunately because I stayed tuned to the frequency of people and the world. But I never forgot what I read and for a while I did begin to use my thoughts to manifest a better reality for me, and I became fearful of losing what I had acquired...then covid happened... i may have helped manifest covid itself... lost some close friends to the illness and suicide and lost my stepdad and forgot everything and went into a deep depression that I am just now moving out of. And now the creator, abraham, God or whomever resonates, has brought this subject back to my reminder. Now the message makes even more sense than it did when I was 23. And im realizing how I drove my life up and down all on my own with my thoughts. The people I love are so negative about so much and it is clear I have to detach my emotions from them with no fear. But I fear hurting their feelings, but when I observe, i am beginning to see that everyone is just feeding off of my energy and thoughts. This journey can get complex, and thats okay. But I never stopped really believing in the secret. I perhaps just couldnt release the belief that I could help people around me and we could all manifest together. This time around I trust myself... I can only help them by realizing I can only manifest my own thoughts, thus my own reality.

I have read the “Greatest Secret” I came across it by accident and now I really want to buy the “Secret “ as well. All the exercises to get rid of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, I now feel lighter and my my mind is more still. I have to do the welcoming practice every minute of the day, so I can stay as awareness. Thank you for writing it. 💜😀💜

The U.S. Air Force train their pilots to visualize before every mission. They call it "Chair Fly" - you go through all the switches and dials while sitting in a chair and pretend that you are actually flying the mission.

Only a handful of attorneys in the ENTIRE HISTORY of the Bar could claim that status. Most lawyers fail the first time taking it, much less get a near perfect score the first try. Yep, that's a military guy for you. So much for "can't make it in the real world", huh? But talk is cheap - go take the Air Force Officer Qualifying test and tell me the score you got. Put your ability where your mouth is. Don't worry, there is no obligation. And it's free.

Our brains are wired to stay alert to danger inorder to keep us alive, you are not alone. I use a lot of support and reinforcement to assist myself in developing a new path/pattern. I think getting still and quiet is essential which can be a challenge in itself, remind yourself that you are safe in the moment. Breathing slower and deeper is key to settling the nervous system, focus on your ❤ center.

We must learn to DIM the mind and brighten our hearts. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is 10x more powerful than Intellectual Intelligence (IQ). What if we lived in a world were the ‘Smartest’ people in the world were actually the dumbest. We’ve been taught to use our brains more than our hearts and we wonder why there's suffering in the world. This world is reversed. Do the opposite of what ‘they’ tell you to do. I was going through a very heavy deep place in my life , I knew about the secret probably my whole life, but I couldn’t get a grip on a particular manifestation, it wasn’t shifting. I ended up writing everything I needed in Rhonda’s book . Like magic within weeks it all fell into place. I write things on the pages of her book. I think my manifestation delays was going wrong because there were keys in her book I needed to use. The other thing is keep your desire for the particular manifestation, don’t keep changing you mind. I want to share this because the secret is the magic. It does work , Rhonda’s work is brilliant she’s managed to put all the pieces together like a jigsaw puzzle.

This is happening for me too thank you for a clear and powerful message. Not many teachers actually teach this. It is an amazing breakthrough when you realise how powerful your thoughts feelings imagination are. living in the feeling as if what you want is already done... That we don't need to try and control others or circumstances. It seems a bit lazy😀 to not need to struggle effort and push against, but my life has shown me that doing the energy work and then trusting truly does work. It's just a case of training myself not to need to take the old familiar path.. I have so much more time to be happy and have fun now😀

Hi i came from South Africa to Zanzibar, i wrote down everything i wanted to manifest, i remember looking back at my diary i found later in Zanzibar and i had attracted every thing i had written down and wanted in SA in Zanzibar. I am in Dar es Salaam now and i am manifesting a new sports program that has never been taught in Tanzania but is recognised internationally and at the Olympics, now its working sometimes its very hard and a big effort, then i must remind myself to keep positive and go back to my book and read my intentions, i always start off with i am so happy and grateful and then i state the outcome i want now. I read your books over and over and watched the movie over and over. This has changed my life my world, THANK YOU

There were a series of misfortunte events I had to travel through to my 40s . I was searching for a breather and attempting hard to make sense of this all. Secret came through as a blessing to do much required correction. You have inspired me to create delve and dedicate my time towards a similar cause now. Thanks, Rhonda, for this video. I have been noticing that my emotions have been quite low and self-accusatory since I had a confrontation with someone. I fully understand that I could just as easily have released my need to be right and have avoided the confrontation. But then my super-clever brain then goes to "you're a doormat and are always the one who bends." Thanks to this video, I'm going to STOP and journal my intention for an amazing life, and that the way to negotiate in peace and balance occurs to me before I open my mouth, and that I love and respect my cohorts.
