I've been building my banshee like this for about a year now. It works extremely well but you have to take Master hexer to extend debuffs to get her true potential from retaliation gear. This is of course only relevant if you're not bringing an ally attack or counter-attack champion.

Try reflex on frozen banshee, or froyo as we so fondly refer to her in my clan, If you are running her with a skullcrusher or any other counter attack or ally attack champions then running her in reflex allows you to keep her poison sensitivity up 100% of the fight, and garuntees that her a1 will always be putting up poisons, and keeps the debuff bar full 😉. You can thank me later for this one, because my whole clan is pulling an average of 20mil with her in their helicath unkillable teams now that they have her in reflex ❤️

Ash, I just love that you and your son bond over classic games. I love watching my adult sons play with my grandsons on their original N64 system. Talk about old school, right? It’s not like they don’t have the newest game systems. :) When they were little my favorite thing to watch them play was Sly Cooper.

She’s still my 2nd best damage dealer behind geo on UNM, for an easy 2 key. I’ve tried her with skullcrusher for counterattack, but pairing her with Aox ends up getting me a couple million more damage. She averages about 15 mill per key on a slow helicath team.

I found Aox and Banshee really good together. Extending the duration of all debuffs is so good with poisoners.

I remember her AI improvement when she stopped using A2 in CB, today it is less relevant. I plan to have her as my slow boy in nightmare and ultra as bad affinity alternative to Aothar

i loved going through donkey 1-3, mario rpg, earthbound, yoshi island, a few other great snes games on the switch with my daughter. been great fun!

I use frozen banshee on my brutal team in Reflex gear with Vizier (who was my first legendary ever from a sacred shard). I turn off her A3 and set her A2 as first priority. That way she’s a turn meter booster. With reflex triggers she keeps going and going giving 10% turn meter to the party, while Vizier keeps up her poison sensitivity and poisons for her. Turning her into a turn meter booster increased my team’s damage by several million (granted this strategy requires a Vizier, and requires you to manual the first 2 turns to make her use the A3 before it’s turned off.) but it allows me to 1 key brutal as a relatively new player.

ASH: I think you should have taken "Master Hexer" on the support tree instead of counter attacks for Clan Boss. If FB's Poison Sensitivity is Resisted or if it falls off then she basically does no damage at all. Especially since you already get a 35% chance at counter attacking with the retaliation set. Who agrees?

Next step for this account (on CB at least), I'd suggest trying to get ma'shalled strong enough that he doesn't need the continuous heals from his A3- just so that you can disable it and open up a debuff slot for more poisons. Dhukk's decrease accuracy is unfortunate, but it's a price you're paying for what he brings to the table. Frozen Banshee is a fantastic champion, however, and I feel she works best if you don't need to rely too much on the uptime of her A3. One workaround is, as this video's suggesting, using retaliation- counterattacks are VERY good on her. Another is to have a second frozen banshee, both with their A2 disabled and the slightly slower one opening up combat with A1. It may need more fine tuning than this, but the general idea's to have them take turns applying A3 so that no turn is lost. A third workaround is, of course, debuff extenders. Aox, Bulwark or, even better a Vizier, can skyrocket a frozen banshee's poisons.

I have only a few champs in this gear and generally I gear de-buffer damage dealers like may be Seer or Ninja (do not have these three on my free to play either). Can you provide more content on lower tier gear and how it is used in niche situations. Also are their some other rares that are not top tier that do some niche cool things that most viewers sleep on?

I have been using frozen banshee in retaliation along with urogrim in some immortal and speed sets, and she consistently outdamages urogrim. LOVE HER.

i run frozen banshee on my day 112 F2P clan boss team with skullcrusher for the counterattack. to me there's no point in running retaliation gear, because between banshee, walking tomb, and erinyes there's really no more debuff slots available. all i would do would be preventing walking tomb from applying his hp burn. i have deliana in there for the leech. between the damage mitigation from skullcrusher, leech, and the A3 from walking tomb i last until turn 21 every time on nightmare, because since i'm not running unkillable, that's when my team gets 1-shot by the AoE. artefacts holding me back a bit here too. plus deliana and walking tomb are my only leggos, so i can't build them specifically for clan boss, since i use them everywhere. i am able to full-auto 3-key nightmare with a little bit of luck (between 10m and 15m damage per key, and i need to average 13m to 3-key)

I've been playing this game for half a year and have pulled every rare champion at least 5x. Frozen Banshee still has not been pulled, which is crazy. Hopefully one day xD

I use Frozen Banshee on my F2P Helicath team with Skullcrusher. Typically with skullcrusher on that team you have him put his counter attacks up for the stun but if I trust in helicaths shield, I'll sync the counter attacks with the 2 AoE hits and sync Frozen Banshees A3 with it as well so she will counter attack with the sensitivity up for 2 hits. It adds an additional 5 million or so to my damage every time. I used to do this on my main account with Martyr as well in an easy double ME team.

I'm currently running her in toxic set with skullcrusher's counter. She's doing about the same damage on nightmare for me in about 20 turns.

I still use Frozen Banshee with Martyr in my 2 key UNM, retaliation would be overkill

Been running a Wartower CB team for a while. It easily 2 key(as long as I get a hit on void affinity) with her and Fahrakin the fat both in retaliation so he can keep Defense down on more consistently. She typically does around 18+ million.

I'm only 90 days into playing and tonight I get Dark Athel. No Frozen Banshee yet, but I did get lucky with a Venomage pull. Still want Banshee and run them both together on CB for more poisons.

FB is still in my budget unkillable NM and UNM CB team, pairing with Venus and Geomancer. Let alone Venus whom I have had the luck to pull early in the game, this team comp is an obvious example of "budget". Easy 1 key NM and 2 keys UNM everyday and very consistent. Make sure you put FB in Retaliation Set or Retribution Mastery for her counter attack, and do not pair her with Kael as he will constantly filling up debuff slots with his small version poisons

Just got my Block Damage comp to work, so re-gearing her from LifeSteal to pretty much whatever does the most damage. Gonna pair her up with Fayne. I don't have any good Retaliation gear, but if I et my hands on some, I'll make sure to give it a try.

I saw Zaonne's video a couple weeks ago and gave it a try, it works great on my clan boss team, helped me get from barely 4 keying nm to comfortably 3 keying. I'm at about 3.5 months playing.

How about relentless gear instead of retaliation? With decent speed and some turn meter boosters like seer, I think it should give even more overall chance for additional hit, while it's easier for me in early game to get some decent ones from tournaments :)

Hi Ash, Yes i still use her, she is in my Dragon team, she is not on my main clan boss team, but she is on my all rare clan boss team, where they do 26mil on Easy. Just to show that team can still work. I have a rare team that do everything in the game. ( Fire Kinght and Spider Den have deferent rare teams). Great Video.

I tried the same logic but with relentless set (mostly because i dont have good retaliation) and its awesome.Whenever you get the extra turn is perfect,either 4 poisons or 1 sensitivity and 2x poisons. Ofc went with the same masteries so i get the 50% counterattack as well. So op!

Maybe look at a video on individual factions, break down a minimum need to clear each one. Bosses are different and certain factions have better champs to use etc.

Another good champ to put in retaliation is Vizier especially for me where I don't have him booked.

I'd love to do play old Nintendo games etc with my son when he's older :) sounds like a lot of fun! Great to hear. As for FB, i prefer her in relentless, also allows her to get back to her a3 more often + also doesnt need for her to wait to get hit = she can be much faster and cycle even faster.

I have been using frozen banshee on CB in each of my accounts, just got Dark Kael on two of them and am getting him up to 60 and collecting masteries now. Planning to replace her with him as he brings a lot of extra utility but she has been great for ages, definitely recommend 2x banshees for early free to play accounts you will breeze through to 2 keying Nightmare and getting somewhat into ultra Nightmare.

It does make sense to run her in retaliation, but since you can only have 10 debuffs up, it's harming her damage more than it helps to have unneeded debuffs. Or maybe I'm just paying too much attention to how many debuffs I want in a team, who knows

Other option for her in clan boss, is to use a debuff extender along side with her.

I can't wait till you try to beat Castlevania 3 :3 I wish I could somehow play it with you when you get stumped some of those levels get so brutal. It's a tiny bit easier if you have sifa with her crystal ball magic...but still can be WOOOOOF

I stopped using her pretty early on when I got Farahkin. I like his ally attack to heal everyone up on CB. I'm wondering now if I would get more damange out of FB than the fat man if she were built the right way.

Frozen is good early game but she definitely gets out classed once you can scratch up an unkillable squad.

That's how i ran my FB until i got an unkillable team. She's still in Retaliation, but a lot more offensive.

I use frozen banshee in my 2 key nightmare team and she in doing similar damage to ninja there too. Up to 16m per key if I'm lucky Running mine with 3x speed sets. She is such a 🐐 Goat 🐐 for CB. She keeps legendary champs out the team. One question is whether to turn off the A2 ability?

Could you test a CBteam with FB, Vizier, Valkyrie, King Gallcobar and a reviver? It's a non stop poison sensitiv, shield up _> extra poison damage, counter attacking and debuff duration adding team..

when I can only farm dr 16, I mostly rely in the precision artifact sets the most... aside from getting them really easy, they cover 2 very essential stats, speed and accuracy... 4 months in the game and I manage to 3 key nightmare, it makes me so happy until I got hellcat, which boost me to 3 key unm I 3 key nightmare with deacon, geomancer, fahrakin, a lvl 50 giscard and kael as my only dps... pretty much only relying to his poison and the warmaster mastery

is it a big difference between frozen banshee on lv 50 than 60? Is it worth to 6 star her?

FB has been my key for bosses for a long time. She has always been my top damage dealer in Clan Boss. This build doesn't seem as useful if you are lucky enough to have Vizier though(which I do). He keeps all her poisons on pretty well so then she's just doing physical damage which isn't really her thing. Or do you think this still would be a useful build for her?

I use Frozen Banshee on my NM CB team. 1 key with Helicath, Anax, Venomage, and Doompriest.

Wonder if I should try this out, I've been running mine in Relentless since I've got a bunch of gear from the tournaments and she's been doing good while at 50 accended. I plan to bring her to 60 soon for the banner.

Have you noticed that no matter how much accuracy you put on her she will not land her debuffs on wave enemies? That needs to be fixed does it not?

I just passed the 30 days played mark and summoned 30 ancient shards during the 2x today. I got Banshee, Aox, Occult Brawler, and Hotatsu. Based on their ratings, this seems like a pretty great starting clan boss team. Any advice?
