Originally shot and released as 2 separate short films. "Ash vs. Marvel Zombies & The DC Dead" combines "Marvel Zombies vs. Army of Darkness" (2013) with its followup, "Ash vs. Lobo & The DC Dead" (2016). The films were shot 3 years apart and were never intended to been seen as one, so please excuse the suddenly changing "Gwen Stacy" ;)
Plot: Ash Williams (#EvilDead / #ArmyofDarkness) finds himself careening from dimension to dimension, encountering blood thirsty superheroes and battling hordes of the undead in an effort to stop the mischievous "Necronomicon" from spreading its supernatural curse.

I thought LOBO all these years was a fictional character, but I see now "The Main Man" is REAL! Props to the cast and crew and bonus kudos for Ash and throwing in the horror comedy aspects he's known for like the window roll up.

I love in Army Of Darkness VS. Marvel Zombies,you kept the The Evil Dead POV,and mixed Marvel Zombies in it by making Zombie Wolvie the person we're looking through the eyes of. Great homages to the original movies/comics. :)

GREAT JOB. been on a kick lately watching fan films, and this is definitely one of the best ones out there, every one did a great job effects were great, good dialogue, jokes actually hit their marks. The actors did a great job, "the main man" was perfect, and Ash was a damn near carbon copy. Great job, you all should be in Hollywood in stead of most of those uninspired hacks. +1

Best Lobo in a fan film ever,beats Andrew Bryniarski absolutely. Would LOVE to see more of him...actually i would pay for it. Seriously. I would like to say the Lobo actor my appreciation,very good Job! The whole thing is beyond awesome,would you make a Lobo movie if you get a donation of money? I am asking dead serious. Don´t thank me for my words,i have to thank you for bringing the Main Man to life. Of course the other actors did an outstanding Job too. The female Lantern runs it totally for me and Ash was hilarious :D. What do you expect how much it would be? I think it depends on the effects beside other things,sadly i don´t have any experience in making films but i would seriously like it to help you guys to make a Lobo movie and i am pretty sure there are a lot of fans which have the same opinion about that. I am very excited and i am kindly looking forward to your reply. I have to excuse me for my worse english,i am not an english speaking native.

It all depends on the kind of project, how long Lobo has to be on screen, etc. Is he just talking? Is he fighting/sweating? Simple factors like that have a huge effect. To put it in perspective, getting Lobo ready in wardrobe/makeup for a single day's shoot took about 3 hours each day, and that's not including touch ups between takes, which take a while... and that really eats into the schedule. Makeup + time make Lobo a difficult character to pull off on a shoestring, but we could probably bring him back in a short VS matchup of some sort for a few thousand bucks, rough guess.

Yeah really,Gwen Stacy turned into Female Green Lantern,Ash having Iron Man's robotic lazer blasting metallic arm ,Later on Cassey from Resident Evil with Zombie turned Wolverine and Batman ,the most bad-ass super-heroes of both DC and Marvel ,Hahaha,what a great star cast .

The opportunity that they lost they had the open ending for an army of darkness and hack and slash crossover for those who don't know the girl with the baseball bat next to ash is cassie hack from the comic hack and slash is about her and her friend vlad hunting down slashers they go from classical slashers like chucky and jason voorhees to originals from the comic it's a really good read u should try it

Funny you mention that. At one point, instead of the bat-signal in the sky when Ash and Gwen first arrive in the DCU, they were supposed to look up and see Superman flying by briefly in the distance. We also had another ending scripted (that we abandoned) involving Superman directly.
