Ashir sahab you are my role model indeed! I have been working in a constitutional body for the last 10 years and have been facing departmental harassment. I am a mother of 4 children and a sole bread earner for them. Despite entering into the government service on merit and performing my official duties in the best possible manner i am facing the departmental discrimination to such an extent that they have used so called D&E rules 2020 against me. I have been fighting for the right cause in courts. After esposing the heinous faces of corrupt officers i would also leave this highest job with dignity. Afterwards i shall also bring everything on the surface how injustice is done in this country on the pretext of rules 2020 or otherwise.

I just want to say , thank you so much for your talk and particularly for the last message ... Come out of fear... I am doing my PhD on the scholarship of Australian government. Earlier, I had been teaching in a public sector university of Pakistan as a lecturer. It's not only customs or law enforcement agencies, you can not imagine about the system of public sector universities of Pakistan.

Very well explained Aashir bhae. The problem here is there is no job description and every one tries to follow the footsteps of their seniors. And because of this every body is trying to save their skins irrespective of the fact that what is their duty.

When most of the people in the society are still at the very bottom of maslow's hierarchy of needs its hard to come out of fears.

He is talking on real issue and more importantly he is talking sensibly. We desperately need such debates for finding the solutions to our deep rooted problems.

When I watch your videos I feel connection with a concerned citizen, highly intellectual being speaking from his heart, my heart bleeds while writing this Note and trust I mean it. When I see your tweets I saw a completely different person, initially I told a friend of mine that this can't be Ashar, because this tweeter account is not reflecting the person whom I have been following on KZfaq. You've all rights to express your opinion the way you want I totally respect that. But the reason why I am writing this Note is very simple, this mud slinging is too much for a concerned citizen like me, when I see a serious individual like as a part of this, I started feeling nothing is going to change and the sanity will never prevail in our society. I idealize you in many ways as a just person who will speak for the right and appreciate the positive step taken by anyone, whereas criticize where it's needed. I totally appreciate your hard work making such informative eye opening videos. I have to sum it up by saying mud slinging is way too low from your stature.

Asher have you watch a show called "Smallville" its about superman's teenage years and it shows how Clarks father instil the criteria to judge right and wrong and Johnathon Kent teaches Clark many things like how to be a just man since he knew his son has power in his hands and will have to make tough decisions. its just a show but it shows how a father should be and how responsibility can be instil in the mind of your kids. and make them productive citizens of the nation who contribute to society.

As a nation, we plan our lives well. We save for the future and even for future generations, we buy land, we construct houses, we build businesses. Unfortunately all these activities are self-centric. We don't plan anything for the country or society or care about coming generations of the nation. People are struggling but for their own benefit and while doing this, they don't care if they damage the society or the country.

my Salary Story: been 8 years in Edu Deptt take home is 40,000 Budget is falling apart every month... 2 months ago, read an article of BCC or CNN where teacher training programme in USA was having less and less candidates to become future teachers(due to less pay). AND you know what the salary package in USA is, its 1 crore annually (plus minus)
