I have also spent a while outside my country for earning bread for my family. So many countries are much better than compared to our country in various aspects. You also have been sharing your good experiences with your followers which you had while living abroad and comparing them with what we have in our country. Up to certain level, it might be informative or inspiring that how good other countries are especially for people living in Pakistan, but for a handsome number who are in position to take actions it basically is an encouragement to think about taking immigration and going abroad for good. Probably you can rationalize it as well, but my purpose was to highlight this aspect of looking at things to you. Personally I believe that we should be encouraging people who are living abroad to move back to our own country to play a vital role in the society to make it better. Each individual in the society who knows which direction we have to take our society, our country, is something invaluable which our nation needs badly. Ashir Sahab. Aapki bilkul 100% correct assessment hai. Aur solutions bhi optimal hain. Main ne bilkul similar issues, kuch case main rather zayada bure issues, Chinese Civil services main dekhe hain. China main civil service bohot zyada darra hoa aur lakeer ka fakeer hai. Because if they God forbid, facilitate a civilian in a matter that is not 100% defined from before, wo log darr jaate hain. Haath paon phul jaate hain aur wo kabhi bhi facilitate nhin karte until you end up calling Mayor even for minor issues. That is because if they facilitate, and later that service gets categorised as corruption, then no questions asked, they will be hanged to death. Secondly, quick death penalty without much investigation is also another problem that results in more corruption among higher staff. Because they know ke aik dafa haram kha lia hai to ab maut sar pe mandla rahi hai. Lehaza haram khate jao. Because yahan bhi government, salary achi nhin deti. Rather salary kaat di thi 2 saal pehle by about 40% "to fight corruption".

In year 3050 Pakistan will be a prosperous and strong country. And it all started from here. Asher’s videos will be saved in national archive.

Sir I suggest you to make a review on a KZfaq channel "dekho suno jano" their series "history of Pakistan" and mini series like "what happened in 1971" so we know at that time what was the structural mishandling this help us to understand existing structure with the experience of past, and your audience will understand better I know this is time taking but it helps a lot Thank you
