This Curl Routine has been perfect for keep my hair healthy from the chlorine and over all. Since I swim 2x a week I wash my hair on both of those days, on weeks where I don’t swim I only wash my hair once week. Less washing of the hair the better!
My hair is - 3a/b curl pattern & high hair porosity

Those purple beads are exfoliating. Biotin is probably very tiny to penetrate hair. 😂.
