I teared up towards the end of your vlog This may be me oversharing but I discovered your channel when I was in my second year of university and I was depressed at the time because of the stress that comes with growing up and other personal things but watching you go out and do things like get your own house, get your first paycheck and all the heartwarming relationships that you have with your family and friends has led me to have so much to look forward to in life, it's led me to be hopeful for a future that once seemed bleak Also seeing how you appreciate the little things in life like a beautiful weather, a nice meal, a pretty dress, a perfect cup of coffee, the joy of pursuing a hobby etc has led me to shift my outlook in life and I do now appreciate the little things which I often overlooked and that has made me so much happier as a person and in combination with therapy has really helped me improve, this may be your adulting series but it has helped me grow in so many ways and for that I'll forever be grateful, congratulations on 100 episodes Ashley and I wish you the best in your new chapter of life, be happy and healthy

I moved in with my 'roommate' in December after living alone for a few years but differently from you, i am not going to miss living in a studio flat in the city and will enjoy our little one bed house in a small town!

the part when ash & her roommate (🤭) were eating pasta at their home put a smile to my face. i’m just so soo happy for you & your growth, ashley!! i can still remember when you moved into your previous apartment and the one before that, and you just inspire me so much when it comes to adulting/ living alone 🥹 idk seeing you living your best life gives me hope that one day i could also be living the life i’ve been dreaming of :’)

In the future, i would suggest making the noodles first. When they are close to done, then warm your sauce in a pan over medium low heat. Sauce doesn't take long to warm up

ashley, turn down the heat when you put the pasta in also just pick it up and move it off the stove and it'll immediately go down! this still happens to me and i've been cooking pasta since i was 12 lol 😂😂 also the cooking time tends to be on the package but it's usually between 9-12mins depending on how you like your pasta. and put a bit of the pasta water into the sauce 🤗

It might seem intimidating but I highly recommended taking a piece of pasta and eating it to check if it's done or not. I made pasta so many times and it never turned out right until I started doing that 😅 The pasta won't burn your mouth as long as you blow on it
