I used an 11.25oz can if condensed coconut milk (if you cannot find it near you, its very easy to make. just google it!) an about 2.25 cups of dairy free chocolate chips.
Melt the two together in your method of choice, place into a parchment lined tray and place in the refrigerator for two hours!
(I added peanuts on top, and immediately before pouring in the mixture, feel free to mix in any toppings or add them on top like I did!)

Great video and it is good that your parents give you permission to be vegan because I have heard of teenagers not being given permission to be vegan. As long as you eat as much of a whole plants foods diet and as little processed foods as possible you should be able to get all the nutrients you need.

This was the BEST 🌱vegan🌱 video I've EVER seen on KZfaq ❤😍❤ It was so fun and made me laugh so much 😄 my 5yo son with autism was looking at those gingerbread men and weirding out then laughing with me. We're aussie so we loved the down-to-earth style and raw openness 👍👍👍

I love your channel. I’m happy I found you. My daughter is 3 1/2 and a naturally born because of her allergies And you have shown me so many different products she can have that’s kid friendly because I find that that’s the hardest part that I have to try to get her something that can be like the other kids instead of eating just raw veggies or fruits.

I am vegan and, although I never really loved fudge when I wasn't, I'm very interested to try vegan fudge! Do you happen to know a substitution for condensed coconut milk? I don't use that or coconut milk, so do you have any ideas for using almond milk or dates or something?

I think the egg replacer is more for using when you want something to rise or puff up, maybe with flax egg it would be better

I just got the same blender you have for Christmas!! I have made smoothie bowls, but somehow mine don’t end up like yours :/ Is there a possibility that in the next video where you eat a smoothie bowl, you could make a clip of you making it? If that makes sense! Oh and loved this video!!!

What was your oatmeal ratio you used to cook it ?? It came out so creamy and delicious, I struggle making creamy oats cuz the ratio of liquid and oats throw me off 😊!!

s t r a n g e r my parents are always trying to convince me to eat non vegan, you could show them a couple documentaries (What the Health, Cowspiracy, Forks over Knives) or you could do a lot of research on the health benefits on being vegan, for me, i was lactose intolerant , so i couldn’t drink milk anyway, I did both research and I showed them a bunch of documentaries I hope this helped hahahhahah this is so long 😂😉

That will taste great. I have made a lentils with vegetables version, I have made a version replacing the smashed white potatoes with sweet potato. I usually add nutritional yeast to the white potatoes version to make it taste like cheese with some plant based milk.

David Mcgregor I used the Minimalist Baker’s recipe online and added the vegetable better than bullion (must have if you like to cook) and some more spices because it was super bland at first, but it was sooooo good and we ate the whole thing.
