@@bobdole7292 she’s not removing food groups? She’s eating carbs fats and protein and eating a balance of whole foods and more processed foods.. that’s what I’m referring to- as long as you replace what you are before with vegan versions I don’t see how it’s restrictive?

@@Elena-pq8yp carbs fats and proteins are not food groups, they’re macronutrients. You can’t just replace meat and animal products with plant options are assume everything is the same

@@bobdole7292 of course it’s not the same but if you eat a balanced diet and a variety of foods then it’s perfectly possible to be healthy as a vegan

They really help me in trying to find a good relationship with food and aim towards freedom. Whenever i see you've uploaded is the highlight of my week and brings a smile to my face. Ashley, normally high quality foods tend to get bad easier and faster than very processed foods full of additives and that kinda stuff, also if the food was exposed to different climates help to go bad fast

the yogurt was probably out of refrigeration for too long or not stored in a fridge that's cold enough considering the date is perfectly fine😕

We all make those stupid mistakes we pay for dearly. I just managed to kick out a glass door in my complex cause i was in a hurry. Made it on time for work (didnt have to), cost me 300 usd.

yes!!! however most of the time when that is the case it is due to the fact that you are buying it close to the expiry date but that was not the same with this
