Agar mein aapse 10 lakh ka debt lu 5 saal k liye aur woh bhi 10% k liye toh muje aapko har saal 5 saal k liye 1 lakh dena padega aur 6th year mein pure 10 lakh wapis lotane padege. Isko he debt bolte hai. Matlb tumare pass total 15 lakh aa gaye 5 saal k baad.

99 lakh ko jo loan hai woh koi nahi deta. Kyunki bahut risk involved. Company nahi chali toh poora paisa gaya. Kuch wapas nahi aayega. And ashneer actually 12% se better interest laa sakta hai market se agar kahi 1 crore lend kar de. 9% toh mein leta hu lend karne ke.
