It may sound strange but I was paralyzed in a car accident at 17 some years back and I live with extreme chronic nerve pain that’s constant and unrelenting. I lost a possibility to have a baseball career, and or a military career. I lost the chance to have a beautiful wife and kids, and lost the ability to do any of the many things I loved doing both the big and the little things. The strange part is it actually oddly enough makes me feel good seeing two successful, young, healthy, happy and beautiful people who are in love with each other and who have children together. A happy home. Im not into the fame thing but most people are I guess. Congratulations you two, it’s a beautiful thing and it’s nice to know that true happiness does exist in this world. 🤙🏻

Okayyy, it’s settled then !!! Beaches are my favorite places on earth !! I’m 55 yrs old and I haven’t been to the 🌊 on a beach since I was 37 !! My youngest son ,25, doesn’t remember going with me because he was too young !! 😪 I used to go to Sanibel Island, Florida every year with my family, since I was abt. 4 yrs. old, until.....well, until I didn’t anymore !! Ashton I remember watching an interview where you mentioned your hair line was changing a bit, I think your hair looks great. Seeing this cool video you posted, I thought Id share a bit of research I recently did, genetics are a factor yes, however were supposed to improve on our genetics so when it comes to hair, hats, make sure its woven linen, or at least equally or more breathable to the number of pores on the head to prevent smothering your flowers, your antennas. Hair is an extension of the nervous system, collects minerals and needs the conductivity and air flow, your lady made a wise choice with her hat selection, respectfully. The right hat may prevent the hair from burning out and losing its natural oils and necessary moisture content. Women tend to sleep on or lay on their stomach more often then men, wear hats less then men, allowing stomach compression to push air into the upper areas of the brain, mineral build up and air flow to the hair, where as men tend to sleep on and or lay on their back more often with a few pillows altering the circulation due to posture. Deep breathing and cardio is great, ok hope that helps in some way. Im not an expert on this just adding to what is known.
