My Dear, My problem was different from yours, but your video helped me. All buttons were okay, motor spinning, but it wasn't jig-saw-ing well with the jar. So the jar itself had limited spin, ineffective. When I saw you remove the rubber to check whatever down, I removed mine too coz I had sensed there wasn't proper contact. What I didn't know was that I could remove that rubber. And "Viola!". Thank you so much!

The motor underneath lets off a slight smell and it's a little loud kzfaq.infoUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq but considering it's size and how hard it works to do the job, it's sort of expected. I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!

Guys if you are paying a fortune for it..hoping you are paying for the original German Silver Crest, you are fooling yourself also...these items are not original Silver Crest ....they are FAKE CHINESE copycats. The look, feel and everything is total different from the original. I just got mine this week, I bargained for it with the retailer, got it a resonably low price cause i knew it was fake and that i cannot find the original where i stay...so good luck. But please stop calling them Silver Crest…rather call them Chinese Krest.

Wow ok I discovered something about this blender, you just have to use it for about 3 mins pulsing at intervals of like 10seconds…allow to cool for about 10-15minutes…then continue use. When it stops working, just leave it to rest for about 10-30minutes and it will resume working. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the blender. If you check the manual…it is clearly written there.

You did a nice video and your solution was just a lucky one. However, let me assist you with the technical aspect. When a machine starts misbehaving, it means something inside is about to fail. Sooner than expected the off and on button will finally stop working and the trial and error stuff won't work again. The symptom associated with this is the brush... It is about to fail. I unfortunately I can't send in the picture through the comment section. Just pay attention to it cos once the brush gets eaten up completely, the buttons won't work again. Don't let them deceive you that it is coil, it is not always coil oooo
