Same, I've been on a low salt diet for almost 8 months and I had some fast food recently just as a cheat day and I was shocked how over salted everything is. I'm pretty sure we all over salt food regularly just because we get used to it and we don't realize it until we eat processed foods like this after doing some sort of diet.

And not in many of them in Vietnam. When I'm in Hanoi I occasionally go to one of the BKs there and *none* of these options are on the menu. Been here for nearly 8 years now and not seen them there ever.

Thank you from a Burger King headquarter retiree in Miami. I also thought the cheese ring thing was going to be a good idea but from your description I think they blew that one. I miss my days of going in the test kitchen to try all the stuff they were working on.

IDK, it's like they put cream and ricotta cheese inside. Lotteria, which is a terrible fast food chain, actually has a much better fried cheese disk. Really surprised me.

During my Navy Daze (early 1980s) we stopped a couple times in Jamaica. The Burger King there had Conch Chowder. Not bad. But a buddy and I hiked to a nearby village and ate Conch Steak at a tiny local eatery. Very good! 😎

I remember a few weeks ago I was pretty bored, so after watching a KZfaq video about Japanese pizza, I visited Pizza Hut's website and checked out their international sites to see some combinations I've never seen before. It was interesting just to see the cultural differences in people's tastes.

I love your honesty. I really don't think they'd put more effort in if they knew you were reviewing it. In Australia, this is what fast food restaurants are like all the dang time. The pictures sell it, then deliver something really different. It doesn't take long to learn not to order it again😊

Oh man, that cheese ring burger reminds me of the utter SADNESS I felt when I tried these cheese hash browns we get here. I was so jazzed and excited about them, only to find they had like a cream cheese in them. 😭 Gutted is an understatement.

"Wing Zabb" in KFCs in Thailand. The one fast food item I wish they had here in the States. It might just be one of the first things I eat again when I go back next year. I would feel shameful about that but my Thai wife is looking forward to it also.

Burger King did sell fried chicken in the United States back in the early 1990s. At the same time, Burger King was also testing out complimentary popcorn and table service with dinner baskets.

I always love Vidalia or Hawaiin crunchy chips added to a good burger. Don't usually care for tomatoes but I do love a decent amount of onions and lettuce, 2 patties and 2 cheese slices. If I'm making from scratch then 80/20, some lightly pre cooked bacon crumbled and mixed in along with sharp cheddar(any kind)cubes or a thick slice wrapped in the meat mixture. Smoke or grill until done using garlic-pepper-salt to taste, use an onion brioche bun along with mayo, tomatoes, onion(raw sweet or grilled), lettuce and some fry sauce. Here the onion chips work well also, though any good kettle chip works. Remember to pat dry the lettuce so it doesn't make the burger or chips soggy. Lastly I like varying cheeses on the patty as well, maybe pepperjack, a Chipotle gouda, white cheddar, etc

Hey Sonny! Really love your content - have been following ever since you visited Zimbabwe and you popped up on my recommendations since I am Zimbabwean. Would like to say I absolutely your content. Over and above the content, you're fun, laid back, funny and entertaining and I think !that! (your character) is the wow factor. It really sets you apart. My only complaint is that your show constantly leaves me hungry and with a gazillion cravings and thus a lot of impulse buying😭. Also, the reason they don't add more chips to those burgers is probably because one lousy family-size bag of chips costs a ridiculous $4.50 these days, and there's no way to add empty air to a burger to dupe you into thinking you're getting more.

In my 20's Burger King was just that. Now in my mid 40's it's very disappointing apart from their decor. The burgers have gone from king size to prawn size! Love your channel, from New Zealand 👍

The x mark is usually for the burgers with double patties like the double whopper but i think here they just used it for the cheese sauce and the chips

I remember eating a Whopper for the first time.............at 7 it was bigger than my face and tasted amazing. Hoping Carl's Jr. will be in Vietnam soon. I met Carl at my sisters High School graduation, he was 6'9" at least and looked like the Thing from Fantastic Four, his hand engulfed my 14 year old hand and made it DISSAPPEAR. A really gracious man. My sister graduated with his granddaughter and Kenisha Norton, daughter of boxing great KEN NORTON, his son Kenny wasn't so bad playing for the Cowboys, especially for a Raiders/49er's fan. HAHAHAHA

fried cheese (aka Smazak) put inside a Bun and was even called "Cheeseburger" is existing in the former Czechoslovakia since commie times, many people from there are then confused when they get a extra slice of Cheese on the Burger when ordering "cheeseburger" in the west....so maybe Koreans went to Czechia and did bring the recipe home....

we here in america eat everything with rice..so it is good to see those rice plates....go to mcd or bk and grab the chicken nuggets and bring it home and eat with rice...salisbury steak eat it with rice...yeah sometimes i'll eat a burger patty with rice like if i go to costco and buy those big bags of beef patties and don't finish it all just coock it and eat it with rice..hotdogs with rice...bologne with rice...

Um, I used to live in a "dorm-like environment" with meals included. One "houseguest", Mike, nicknamed "Shaggy" for appearance reasons, used to go to our so-called salad bar, take several slices of gaggy white bread, top it with an entire cannister of croutons, and literally consume a bread sandwich...
