ASIAIR Live Stack or PixInsight Processing? Crescent NEBULA - 55 Minutes vs. 7 Hours Imaging.

In this video I have tried to Compare the Results of 55 minutes of Live Stacking with ASIAIR Plus and 7 Hours of Actual Imaging. Although the comparison is very unfair, it shows what we can expect to see in unprocessed stacked and processed images. This is the imaging setup I used:
Telescope: William Optics GT71
Main Camera: ZWO ASI533MC Pro
Guide Scope: William Optics Slide Base 50mm
Filter: Optolong L-eXtreme
Guide Camera: ZWO ASI120MM Mini
Mount: Celestron Advance VX
Control: ZWO ASIAir Plus

G = ((Oiii*Ha)^~(Oiii*Ha))*Ha + ~((Oiii*Ha)^~(Oiii*Ha))*Oiii

Appreciate this comparison. New to the astrophotography part of this hobby and recently acquired ASIAir+ and 294MC. Got some nice pics with the live stacking for instant gratification and sharing, but now I know I really need to learn Pixinsight!

Thanks Marcial, for your kind words. I'm glad the video was helpful. You have a nice camera for astrophotography. PixInsight needs some time but it becomes very easy to process images due to some nice ready-made scripts. CS!

I will check the pixel math error on the said video. It is difficult to say anything on your specific process as there are several factors involved.You might want to try again with different settings. Clear Skies!
