Not true back kick and roundhouse and front kick is really fast. I've done them pretty quickly

@@Not_Ace_The_Plague Yea, but they also don't want to risk creating an opening for the opponent to counter, which is why in Olympics you'll see them bounce alot to not create any opening

@@cydu I understand but those kicks are easy to counter especially if done 5 times in a row, a decent fighter will pick up that pattern and punish you for it, it's a safer kick for blocking but easily dodged and counterd, but they never once tried, sometimes you have to take risks, being too safe is as bad as being too risky
