The drama depicts the love story of Bai Feng Jiu and Dong Hua Di Jun, that spans 2000 years. Feng Jiu, the queen of Qing Qiu, is the only nine-tailed fox in Qing Qiu and thus being pampered by everyone. She loves to cry and to throw tantrums, but is also persistent and brave. One day, when Feng Jiu is in the mountains for cultivation, a beast attacks her. Luckily, the former Emperor of Heaven Dong Hua passes by at this moment and saves her. To pay the debt of gratitude, Feng Jiu follows Dong Hua who goes to fight the rebelling Demon Lord. Feng Jiu soon realizes that gratitude has turned into love, however, Dong Hua already forgot what love is. He did fight in Ten Miles within the demonic tower vs the demon lord but he couldn't use his true powers because otherwise he would have killed her.The fight scene was impressive though and already showed his love for her even though he denied his feelings (he also spent most of his energy to save her)..

Well!! She is totally likable in pillow book novel. Not like her aunt, sassy and kinda lazy😀 but very hardworking queen who never cry for help whenever she is in trouble. If that's how they are going to show her, then it will be awesome!! Feng jiu was very naive in tmopb but she became kinda.... matured in this in her own novel 😀

This looks amazing! personally love the visuals and aesthetics. Feng Jiu did look like she matured towards the end of Ten Miles, the heartbreak made her character grow. She also defended Bai Qian and wasn't even going to let Dong Hua stand in the way if he was to do so. I was so sad with how things ended between Dong Hua and Feng Jiu and loved their dynamic so much so I am so so excited for this!!

Sadly, Scarlet Heart Two is only possible if a streaming app like netflix will sponsor the production as it was only popular internationally. Im just glad that 10 miles peach blossom has a good ending though.

Yea, he's supposed to be ridiculously strong-I think he was carved out of a mountain or something for his birth and one of the original deities. The princess in heaven told another girl that if Donghwa became mad at you then not even the heavenly lord would or could step in to save you, which makes sense since Donghwa was the first heavenly lord who stepped down and passed on the throne to someone else bc he just didn't feel like having it anymore.

DongHua fought the Pagoda monster in 10 Miles Peach Blossom to save FengJiu. Although scene was short compared to other battles, it was pretty epic and showed that despite appearances, he obviously cares for FengJiu. There was also a short sword fight in the mortal realm as well where FengJiu took an arrow for him. He showed his insecurity and jealously when he heard her call out for "DiJun".

Dijun's battle with the pagoda guardian, while short, was the first time we got a taste of just how powerful he is. It was minor but it's still one of my favorite scenes because he just bursts into the pagoda cloaked in bright red energy looking about ready to kill whatever gets closest first

Fengjiu is a great swordsman in the book, she’s not the best because she’s young, but she’s the best in her generation. I hope they make that the same. I want to see her hold her own like Bai Qian in Ten Miles.

According to the book she is an expert swordsman even before she meets DH and she also knows how to forge a sword, cooking and dancing. I will not tell you why in the trailer it seems that DH is teaching her because *spoiler* 😉

That fight scene is probably towards the end where Donghua and Fengiu fought against Miao Luo, you could tell from that red crystal ring Fengjiu was wearing.

How unfortunate! I really adore the two together. Ye Hua had set a standard for ALL men to follow. Not to see him is heartbreaking. Bai Qian kept talking about their auspicious day: that it was good for everything. Surely Mark could make us all happy; even if it's only one scene! PLEASE!!!!! (Need a ventilator stat!)

May I know if you’ve read the pillow book novel? Coz Fengjiu has changed there actually.!more mature and more responsible. It’s Donghua who chased after her and acted so shameless and devious towards Fengjiu. Oh and speaking of fighting abilities, Fengjiu is actually a very skillful fighter. You really should read the book dude.

I think what makes feng jiu interesting is her love for dijun (she does for him and such). She doesnt know how to fight like bai qian but she always fight the way she know. It looks cute tho haha. And i dont know, i want her to be matured and all but i also want her to stay like in Ten miles peach blossom, she’s entertaining yet you have a point she should mature. So exciteeeedd.

You may want to read the original novel The pillow book first, the storyline between Fengjiu and Donghua in Eternal love is tweeted as the production company do not have copyrights to Pillow Book's script. In Pillow Book, Fengjiu has a more developed character as compared when she was in Eternal love, more mature, skillful and playful as well. Her character is very memorable and her love pursuit towards Donghua was a very painful one, and it will definitely bring tears to the audience.

From what I can see in the trailer actress Dilraba Dilmurat seem to have that same exact look of "Innocent and I don't know what to do." Maybe I am wrong but I personally look for an actor skills level to elevate. I hope in Pillow Book she can portray another side of herself with womenly strength, and not cry a bucket of Tears.

Feng Jiu's character had a major growth in Pillow Book. You'll definitely see how she matures through so many hardships and how her love still continued despite everything. Pillow Book is more on how Donghua slowly finds out what Feng Jiu has done for him. (Well that's how it is in the book that is.) Hoping this drama would do justice to those scenes. I have high expectations because I love both the series and novel. 😭😭😭

The pillow book I'm so excited caused their my favorite character in the ten miles peach blossom. Yeah the TMoPB kinda tweaked the Donghua Fengjiu story in 2017. The plot where FJ went to mortal realm to repay her debt w/ DJ's love trial. I think they will continue the TMPB since the actors are the same. I havent read TMPB. I only got the eng trans of PB but was so in love with it, there were moments i cried, i cringed and felt butterflies in my stomach reading it. I dont know if it was just the english translation but im sure the raw had much meaningful chapters given its the original language. 😅 Lol im such a fan

I read the book, Aranya world etc.. Dong hua's character is a lot different than in Ten Miles. I really hope Feng Jiu doesn't have to endure too many misery like in the book.

I remember reading something about how they didn't buy the rights of pillow book for tmpb so they made up a plot that wasn't like the book. Now that they have the rights to the book, the plot will follow that and not what they made in eternal love

Of course pillow book will be entirely different from ten miles of peach blossom, the director of pillow book drama is same as 'the ashes of love'. And the story will be same with the book at least. If you have read the pillow book, you'll see that story of fengjiu in peach blossom is different from the book.

Donghua is certainly more powerful. He yields the crown to the Celestial Highness on the throne and is supposed to be some supportive existence of the universe. He stabilises the whole universe, from heaven to earth, something like that.

He was supposed to be the Heaven Lord but he gave up the throne to the current Heaven Lord's father. And enjoying a "retired" life in Heaven after he brought peace to the heaven and earth.
