@@farhaadfarooq4606 this should be thoroughly inspected I think there are scenarios. 1. Either the hotel owner was aware of the fact that they are going to do this heinous crime . 2. Or the girl herself accompanied them to the place. In both cases the two boys did the crime .

Capital Punishment is a need. In sab ki saza lal chowk mai publically milni chahiye, sirf arrest karenge. Phir pta nhi jail m rakhte b hai ya nhi.
