Sir, One employee worked and retired as ESM in Indian Air Force and wncashed 200EL at the time of retirement. Joined in bank worked about 4yrs, After 4yrs he was selected as JTO in central civil services. Now how many days he can encash EL at the time of Superannuation. Is 300 or 100EL? Pls confirm sir?

Sir death case mein EL ka sahi nahi hai shayad..if last day of May mein death hoga tab hi may ka credit milega

For a newly appointed govt. Employee who is under probation, when he can avail EL which is credited on 1 Jan 22 . Please reply.

For newly appointed employee,1 year after joining EL credited.Suppose you join in Feb 1,2022 then EL credited on Feb 1,2023 for Feb to June and July to Dec,2022 and Jan to June 2023.Every year in advance,EL credited on 1jan and 1st July

Sir, Good evening. Deduction of EL due to EOL, while credit of EL at 1st Jan/Jul. This deduction of 1/10th of EOL i.e. this EOL means without MC or both (i.e. including with or without MC of EOL) Suppose on employee taken 50days of EOL with MC and 40days without MC from 1st Jan to 30 Jun. How many EL will be credited in leave account on 1st Jul. Is 8EL (15-1/10th of 70) or 12days (15-1/10th of 30)

It means he has taken 90EOL.Then 1/10 of 90=9.Then 6EL will be credited

EOL with MC does not affect increment but MC without MC affect increment but EOL with MC or EOL without MC/dies non,EL reduced

Sir, Good morning. How much EL to be credited for an employee dies on 02 Aug 2022. Is for the month july inly i.e. 2.5days (or) both months Jul and Aug i.e. 5EL.

Thank you sir. In the rule says completed calendar month, in this case employee dies on 02 aug only two days completed that means it should be taken as completed month? If yes Is there any rule or clarification regarding completed month?an

Sir in death month also EL credited but in case of resignation or dismissal or removal case upto July according to your respective example

Hello sir, for vacational staff EL is reduced by 1/10th Or 1/30th while EOL has been taken in every 6 months according to 7th Pay Commission. Hoping that you could clarify this. Also if it's possible for you to share the 7th lay commission document which might contain relevant information regarding the same. Thank you, Meeta
