My brother went for speech therapy some years back, He had majority stuttering issues. His therapist suggested to "Pause for about 5 secs in between your speech and breath out 3 times" letting all your frustrations come out!!

With reference to the last question about fulfillment in life. I would completely agree that engaging with those younger than you and helping them grow brings an immense sense of happiness and fulfillment. I currently lead my college debate team and when I work with the younger kids and see them grow their skill set and win awards, It brings me a huge amount of joy. Keep up the good work Junaid sahab!

I understand your point about why fairness creams are different from surgeries and or other sort of enhancements but what I disagree with is the argument that you have built it on. Fine we haven't had wars due to a particular shape & size of lips n nose etc nonetheless its pretty depressing that a particular shape and size is set as a beauty standard. 39:42 Junaid bahi you've given nearly right answer,i have been in the same problem for last 7 months.Recently I've figured out the solution while reading habit number 6 of"7 Habits of highly effective people","Seek first to understand than to be understood",i am practicing habit 6 everyday & it's giving termendous result.I'll highly recimmend that perticular person to read & prectice habit 6.
