This man is going to be a great father especially when his son/daughter will reach teenage. Because he has really understood islam, Islamic rights of child vs parents, pros and cons of both our culture vs western culture, and basic human emotional intelligence. I have seen highly intellectual people fail to get a grip on the last part “emotional intelligence.” God blessed you with real sha’oor. Alhamdullilah.

From my personal experience, regular running, jogging, weight training, trekking, etc. helps to get away from or pacify smoking addiction. Get into 1-2 hrs of medium or intense physical activity every day, but gradually. Tobacco addiction or any addiction is because of it induces the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain. The high level of dopamine is correlated to feeling of pleasure and the low level is to the pain. Everyone has a basal level of dopamine - some stimuli such as nicotine, sex, hard drugs, video games, social media, exercise, etc. increases the dopamine level. We have to give time via total abstinence to bring brain dopamine level down to the basal level. If you keep stimulating dopamine long enough, the "new" dopamine level is at the elevated level- and that clinically indicates an addition. Other ways to boost dopamine whenever you need a "boost" are exercise, reading something you enjoy, meditation, walking outside in the nature, painting, sculpting, or even your regular office work done intensely, would give you a similar stimuli, but has to be done at regular intervals and are non-harmful. Just give it a try - try running 20-25 min at a stretch at a low pace - first 10 min would be difficult, but last 5 min would give you a great dopamine burst (pleasure chemical). Ciao!

Suggestion for dude who wants to quit Cigi I am sharing my experience of given up smoking hope it works for you but try something different if it wont. 1) Most important I Always believe that I am going to quit one day. (Never give up of giving up). 2) Love my self before loving any one else ( its not selfish and I dont want to start debate here). 3) I used to buy 4 single cigarettes. Gradually I decreased the quantity. Also change from High strength to light strength (Marlboro Red to White) 4) At the end I used to smoke one cigarette in a whole day. I used to puff 3 times in one duration light off the cigrate and used the same burnt cigarette by repeating same process 3 times day. Its disgusting but that gave me long term benefit to quit forever. 5) I gave up complementary drinks to smoking such as tea and coffee because it urges me to smoke. 6) I used to brush my teeth after every meal if not then strong mint chew gum. You might use nicobites or patches but i didnt used that. 7) Avoided passive smoking and smokers because smell of smokes craves me to smoke. 8) It generally takes 4 to 5 years to get rid of craving from your tongue. So be very strict. 9) Never visualize that you are smoking with style like client east wood in front of smoking hot chick. 10) Movement of immense stress and anxity were most tempting one I used to pray quranic ayat and brush my teeth or chewing gum. 10) I will complete my 5 years of gving up smoking in novemeber 2021. 11)IF I WILL DO IT ANY ONE CAN DO IT GOD SPEED. ALHAMDULLIAH IT DOESNT SEEMS THAT I WAS EVER A SMOKER. FOR ANY REASON IF YOU START SMOKING AGAIN REMEMBER (Never give up of giving up).NO MATTER WHO SAY WHAT .

I believe I have seen your stand ups in Dubai as well.. One of the local comedian in Dubai, Salman zahid is a close friend. All power to you.. Love from Melbourne, Australia.

I can totally relate to your smoking. Thats how i had quit smoking years back. Also i got to lose 28 Kgs, not because of my kids or anything, just self care and for my parents offcourse, gotta live for them and myself. I go to elite places/friends but never got influenced if they smoke/drink. It was really good to hear the "having a kid" topic. I have been married its been approx 2 years we are still debating for a kid, too unsure, i know each to its own but just cant decide and ready to give up our routine life. We are settled in Canada. Anyways it's really great to watch you brother! ❤️

Just a suggestion as a viewer, this piano is totally killing the vibe. I’ve been watching your videos since a very long time now and when you’re speaking as an audience i feel connected with you but then this piano kills the vibe

MOVED ABROAD : It's a very sad and a true reality of our society. 90% women population is snubbed and discouraged all the time. But I want you to feel free because you know you're in a better place. I will quote 1 incident here. Once my aunt went to Malaysia for a conference. She got ready for the event. Wore special clothes etc etc. But surprisingly nobody even noticed. She felt so "disappointed" that she went without any preparation the next day. And surprisingly the reaction of people was the same (no reaction). I feel like they have more important things to do and they don't bother what other people are doing in their own personal space. So you should get out, explore new places, feel free and most importantly enjoy the freedom and other things you couldn't enjoy in your early days here. Best wishes 😊

Hi Junaid Bhai I have been your follower for a long time and kudos to you for what you are doing.👏👏👏👏 Today I learned a new thing about KZfaq SEO and just got to your channel that how it's doing. It is not doing well. I checked your latest 3 videos for this channel and the SEO score is less than 50 for all these videos whereas it should be from 90 to 100. Particularly for this video, it is 35. Kindly update your editor. I really want your channel to grow so you can help a greater audiance. Regard

Hey Junaid, I'm active listener of your podcast and I really appreciate your time, knowledge, thoughts but I do appreciate if you remove the idea to add the music specially in this podcast because people have different sentiments and they might not like the instrument part. This is just my opinion and if you don't like my comment/ suggestion so just SKIP. Thanks & hope Allah will grow your channel more!

Respect your comment, but that music ,doesn't at any point, mocks one's story or disgraces it, but is actually a very unique way to lighten up people's mood and put a smile on their faces during this serious session. You don't need to think it otherwise. It's sole purpose is for relaxation and make the session a little more entertaining, which is his ( Junaid bhai's) duty as a content creater.
