Good afternoon, Ajay. There are 2 issues I am having with streaming. 1) Facebook and KZfaq is telling me that my frame rate is too low. How do I fix this? 2) With Spectrum, we have the Ultra package with Spectrum. We had already 6 service calls with Spectrum the last service calls a few days ago, the re-did the cable from the street pole and we are still getting 1.89 Upload speed. I just purchased a new POE switch that has 250Watts and 2 gigabytes Uplink. We try bypassing the POE. From the computer tower directly to the router, the modem, and we still get low upload speed.

If you are getting 1.89mb upload speed that is no where close to enough to Livestream and that would be the cause of the error message on Facebook and KZfaq

Yes I know. The church should be getting a minimum of 35 upload speed. And as I mention, Spectrum came out 6 times already, and even ran a thicker cable from the Ole to the building

Nothing can be done as the issue is on the provider's side

@@AJaytheCEO Yes we are. I went into the Nvida control panel and bump up the FPS to 1000. Also, I notice the server in Spectrum was connected to a city wasn't near the church. I change the server to Charlotte NC, and now we 're getting 35 to 40 upload speed. Now I think that bumping up the bit rate would help as well. so how and what do I change the bit rate in? AJ, we just upgraded to an atem mini extreme iso, we 've done everything right for set up, we have the right SSD drive but we get the red flashing recording light 20 minutes into the recording, every time. Do you know whats happening? we are in the middle of a podcast and have to keep stopping. We didn't have this issue with our mini pro iso. Ready to send the extreme back!

Is all Cat 6 cable POE cable?

No they are not. You need a pure copper cable to support POE reliably. Cheap CAT6 is copper wrapped in aluminum
